Petro-Canada & Car Wash

The washing machine broke my tire valve off. I let management know and they told me that its my fault for driving too close. My rim is im perfect condition and I have tire protection. The washing machine is faulty. There was another woman here whos car was also damaged today. They couldve easily provided me with their toe truck service and had my valve replaced. They told me im at fault and that I should go through insurance. Terrible customer service. If you want to get disrespected and yelled at, this is the location to go to.

Get gas all the time here, asked the guy to turn on the air. He said it was out of order but it was not I didn't have change. Thankfully I noticed it takes card and used my card and it worked.... Easy way to lose a customer for 2 dollars.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Horrible customer service, behind the counter, and management on the phone.Car wash is total garbage, and it doesn't clean a single spec of dirt off your vehicles. It smells like an old stinky mop. They do not use clean water in there. They refuse to give refunds back. They offer you a free car wash bit who in their right mind would want to go back thru that nasty thing when it can't clean a vehicle the first time.???

I live 3 blocks away from this location, and avoid it any cost. The red haired employee at night will lock the door for hours on end and sit there and watch you fiddle with the door. She is extremely lazy and will complain anytime a customer comes in. I urge any Petro-Canada share holder or authority to look into this. I've attempted many complaints in the past to no avail. I've once walked into the store after 2am and waited at the counter for over 20minutes to find the employee outside sweeping the parking lot. I told them employee how reckless this is, siting how I could of walked in and out with anything in the time it took them . I urge any management to look into the employee conduct after 10pm and act accordingly. every other Petro-Canada in the city is open 24hrs without question, for some reason the employees here decide locking the door is appropriate after 9pm. until action is taken, myself and others will take our business elsewhere.

Got gas and a $13.99 plus tax car wash. Had to run to Dr appointment and stopped at Petro on my way home to get a refund on the car wash. The entire back of my car was not touched by soap or water it was filthy and both sides had white lines on the car. While going through the car wash it smelled like old dirty water, like they don’t use clean fresh water possibly recycled dirty water. The girl on staff refused to return my money she wanted me to go through that car wash again. If a car wash doesn’t clean your car the first time, in gods name why would you go through it twice. I will never get gas at this station or a car wash. I recommend drivers stay away

The car wash here is the worst for the price. The vacuums will take your money and have zero suction power. I would steer far far away from this place when it comes to cleaning your car.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service and can guarantee your car wont be washed or will be damaged. Inside store is also filthy. Went here a couple times and every time it has been a nightmare. I don't understand how Petro Canada allows this owner/employees to get away with this. Please don't waste your time.
