I have been back and forth to this location. The store manager and the team are extremely helpful! They have assisted my entire family and I continue to recommend this specific location to my friends and family. Such a positive atmosphere.

I went in to the store with a plan and SIM cards from an online offer when I got there Sunny was able to get me a better offer with phone upgrades and everything his explanation on how things work and available options was next level I will definitely be going back based solely on his customer service Thanks again Sunny

Had to get a new phone as mine had broke. I know I came in late just before closing but the worker and manager opened up the doors and let me in. They got me up in running in under 45 minutes. I can’t thank them both enough they were nice and helpful. I recommend anyone that wants a one on one service to come to the Alliston Telus store. Highly recommend

Poor customer service. Wait outside for 15minutes and when I got my turn to step in they want me to wait for another 30minutes inside.

Worst customer service ever! Waited outside locked door for 15 minutes. Wasn’t even acknowledged. When the door opened to let someone out, another person tried to come in and employee didn’t even look up but said no sorry no one in. Ended up the 3 customers that were waiting outside left. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go to Barrie

Worst customer service. We waited outside for 20 minutes they didn’t let us in and then they came outside to say that wait for another 30 minutes. They are very rude to their customers and the staff is not cooperative at all. Not recommended.

I was at Telus yesterday and the service was exceptional. Sunny was patient and informative and got me up and running with my new phone. Alana also helped and the 2 of them were extremely helpful in getting me the best phone at the best price/plan. Thanks Telus, great staff
