I am not the biggest fan of the car buying experience for sure. This last November was time we decided to trudge into the dealer and see what we could find. I have to say that I was more than pleased with the experience we had through this process. To begin the process we met with Amber Brohart who took the time to understand our needs and walked us through the available inventory all in the comfort of her office. Amber was bright, articulate and so patient in answering our many questions. She was happy to take whatever time was required to for us to select our new vehicle. She certainly built up a rapport of trust and took any of the usual pressure experience away. What a star!With the choice narrowed she connect us with Shawn Irwin, the salesman who was equally easy to deal with! The guy loves his job and it shows. He arranged for a quick test ride, walked us through the many new features of the vehicle and the rest is history! A happy customer experience. Both Amber and Shawn made sure to be present when we picked up the vehicle a few days later.Great work OMS and what a great experience with your great sales team!

Spoke with Wendy today because I was inquiring about how to keep my older car running at its best. She made some great suggestions and the prices seemed fair. She was very knowledgeable. Once I save up I am definitely going to bring my car here!

Oms is a great place to have your vehicle repaired and serviced. The staff team are knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly.The mechanics are very well trained but I prefer /request Brandon Roy to work on my vehicles.I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs !

Ontario Motor Sales makes it so easy to have my car serviced... they always keep me informed about the work they need to do as well as the cost before they service the car. The work is always done well and in the time frame they have given and I particularly love that they will pick up and drop the vehicle off for a minimal cost. Another perk I very much enjoy is that they wash the vehicle once the service has been completed. Also, the staff is always most helpful, always courteous and respectful and I have no hesitation recommending Ontario Motor Sales to anyone looking for another vehicle.
