First time in the store. Well laid out. Helpful staff. Great selection of oils though appears to be an expensive hobby. Will certainly return if need a send oil.

Purchased a present in November two days pre-Black Friday. Same product, 20% price reduced on Black Friday and 60% reduced on Dec 14 (as I spent over $50.00 on another gift). They honoured Black Friday pricing but not Dec 13 pricing.

I'm sure this store is great for some people, but as a casual shopper on a budget, it's just not for me! They are very over-priced; maybe because they target customers who are wealthier? Besides the ridiculous prices, the staff are TOO persistent in wanting to help you. I was in the store for two minutes, and the same staff lady came up to me THREE times asking if I needed help. The pushy, over-the-top service is just the worst! I had the same issue with the location in Metrotown. I'm your average shopper, and in no way do I give off the vibe like I'm stealing or what-have-you. I think that the staff just didn't respect that I wanted to just look around and not be bothered; it made me feel really uncomfortable, though, and I just wanted to leave the store.

I just love Saje. Just walking into the store gives you a positive vibe, i guess its the smell of all the essential oils, whatever it is, its working. My favorite product here is peppermint hale.

Have been to Saje twice now and Sarah's service has been absolutely outstanding. She is charming and helpful and knowledgeable on all the products. Highly recommend buying as much as you can from this store all thanks to Sarah.

I had an AMAZING interaction with the staff at Sage in Park Royal.Paulina was extremely helpful and she went above and beyond to solve my relatively complicated situation (returning my diffuser due to a crack inside the container, not having another one in stock and me, not having the visa card that I purchased my unit with). She took her time to call their online store and figure out my returning process and everything was done in less than 10 minute. Even though I didn't have my diffuser (yet) I was very happy with how quick everything went through.Now I am impatiently waiting for my beautiful marble diffuser to arrive :)

The products are very good. Especially the remedies pack! So refreshing and my wife loves them all. Bought several different items as Christmas gifts as well! Besides, people there were so friendly and helpful to explain us the products.
