Dr. Foster is legitimately one of our favourite humans. She is so genuinely caring and so, so great with my pup! Our visits never feel rushed and we just have so much appreciation for her care and attention. She answers questions with patience and provides such great information, and my dog knows that it’s never a scary place to visit. Thank you, Dr. Foster and the lovely team at Marda Loop Vet!

I cant think of enough amazing things to say about this clinic and their staff.Both myself and my parents have been bringing our dogs here for the past 6 years and I don't have a single complaint. For the most part I have worked with Dr. Ashley and Dr. Heather, however I've had many appointments with others who were all equally amazing. I feel 100% comfortable with everything they say, do and treat my dogs with. I recently brought in a new dog to the pack and Dr. Ashley got us in right away for a consult and set him up on a medical plan and diet. The front staff is attentive and welcoming, they always get me signed in immediately and if they aren't too busy they come around to give treats, kisses and scratches. Every time I call in to make an appointment they work with me and make it so I'm never waiting too long, even during an emergency they have been able to squeeze me in with one of their vets. The vet techs here are exceptional, they remember dogs by name and provide wisdom and knowledge wherever needed. A special shout out to their tech Alex who worked with my pup after she had her eyes removed, he was unbelievably comforting and helpful throughout the whole process for both myself and dog.All in all I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for amazing veterinarian care. I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic. All the staff are so friendly and seem to genuinely care for the health of my kitties. They're overwhelmingly accommodating and I would absolutely recommend them over and over to friends and family. 10/10 love it here. I am so grateful to have access to such a wonderful clinic. We have a 20lb dog that tore both her hind ACL. With advice from our vet we were referred here. We were also advised that it was important to get our dog into physio as soon as possible as it will be of benefit to the dog. We booked our dog in (three weeks out) a few weeks ago.We were called one hour prior to our appointment that the therapist had a migraine and will then be on holiday and will have to reschedule. We were told they would reach out to reschedule. Well it’s been three weeks and we are still waiting for that call.If I ran my business this way I’d be out of business.

Dr. Stacey has cared for my Brussel Griffon since 2013. I was worried about the level of service after VCA bought out the clinic. But Dr. Stacey and her team were then and now, delightful! You might find a less expensive clinic, but if you want the best care for your pet in the Marda Loop area, this is the clinic, staff, and Vet for you!

My dog has been a patient at this clinic for a few years now, and we absolutely love it. We brought her in for a dental surgery yesterday and they did an amazing job caring for her. She was a little groggy when she got home which was to be expected, but she seems to be bouncing back quickly. Dr Sayna is just so good with her and we are so happy we found her as our veterinarian. You can really tell she has the animals best interests at heart and we trust her with Quinn whole heartedly.

This review is profoundly heartfelt. Specifically, Dr. Sayna oversees my Bestie, Wally, who is now 15 and thriving, thanks to the most brilliant vet ever!!! In fact, Dr. Sayna now calls Wally her Bestie too! To elucidate my gratitude, Dr. Sayna has given exemplary, kind, compassionate, and comprehensive care to facilitate the optimization of my elderly dog’s health care plan! In fact, Wally’s gastrointestinal and dental issues have resolved, and he prances around like a 5 year old dog!!! Absolutely amazing staff. Had to switch vets due to location and our cat having strange symptoms. The vet listened to me and did not dismiss my concerns. We now have a treatment plan and our cat seems to be doing much better , not having as many episodes. They also taught me how to pill him. Hoping that our cat keeps improving. Thanks team!

My long time vet moved so we were on the hunt for a new vet and since I lived close to Marda Loop Vet, it seemed logical to try here. I brought my dog in for his very first visit last week and we saw Dr. Ashley. She is absolutely amazing. Such a kind lady and you can really tell how much she loves her job. She followed up with me over email regarding a specialist appointment for my dog which really impressed me. Excellent communication. Highly recommend. All the staff here are lovely. So far it was a great decision and I’m looking forward to getting to know the staff better.
