Love this lab! I have smaller veins and when I went to LifeLabs they wouldn't use smaller needles and would leave a lot of bruising and small bumps. The technicians at AlphaLabs are very gentle and make sure to use the right needle for your veins. Highly recommend and I will continue coming back

My new doctor told me I could get blood work done anywhere so naturally, I went to the closest place. Turns out they were on lunch 12-1pm BUT I went online and booked an appt for the next day and it was perfect.I showed up (masked as requested) a few minutes early hoping to slip in and out quick and my god did I ever. I did a urine sample and blood work in under ten minutes, staff was QUICK, efficient and friendly. I don’t even think she blinked and we were done. I was, somehow out before my scheduled appointment time so I used those minutes and had a moment of silence in the parking lot for this quickly moving establishment before going about my day.Probably won’t recommend this place though cause I wanna keep it to myself. 10/10 stuff! book online!

Went around 2pm on a Tuesday and was able to get a room right away. Waited a few minutes after I gave the paper. The employee there asked if I was alright with needles and was very kind. I had a bad reaction unfortunately. When I said I was hot, she quickly grabbed wet paper towel, was right by my side asking what I needed. I felt the need to puke, and she helped me walk to the bathroom, ensured I didn’t lock the door in case. She checked up on me every couple minutes while running the desk and drawing blood from other patients. I appreciate that she did not get annoyed with me, really makes the experience easier. I will return to this exact location in the future, thank you.

Alpha lab is my go to place for blood work. Friendly staff and great service. I would like to mention a staff ( Jaymini ) , very pleasant and warm welcoming. No doubt she is the best when it comes for blood work. She always makes you comfortable and always does her job very professionally. 10/10.

My partner attended this clinic a few weeks ago. They had a terrible and painful experience. The staff member drawing their blood could not communicate clearly and seemed untrained. While drawing blood, they tugged at the needle several times causing a lot of pain and dizzyness. To make matters worst, the needle slipped out early cause blood to spill. To wipe up the blood the staff removed their gloves, a very unhygienic and dangerous action. My partner had to specifically request a change in staff member mid-way through, because it was so painful and uncomfortable. My partner was dizzy and felt ill after, but was not offered anything assistance. Would highly recommend people avoid this location.

First time going there today. Fast efficient and friendly. No bruising. Would recommend highly.
