Waited for 45 minutes for my food! Watched screen and noticed that delivery orders kept skipping over eat in orders. Fed up I approached a worker and informed them that I was aware of why my order was taking so long and told them that I wanted it now . Did do my order with no apology whatsoever. If Macdonald’s doesn’t consider dine in customers as important as filling delivery orders then I suggest they concentrate only on a delivery service and close their eat in establishments! Northgate MacDonalds sucks! I had to get water from the pop machine and wash the table with napkins!

I don't know if it's my hubby's order or what but whenever he orders a hamburger, a filet o fish and chicken nuggets we are ALWAYS asked to wait - no matter what location we go to. I like this location best because they have the little extra side window they ask you to pull up to. If you're asked to pull into one of the numbered spots, it always fills me with dread because it seems to take forever. The side window means it won't be long.

The wait times for food here are atrocious..stopped in for 2 breakfast sandwiches and waited 10 minutes (minimum) even though there was one couple ahead of me...only saw 2 employees...and 1 was a counter person

Can't seem to get the orders straight, they charge you for items you don't receive. Last 2 visits my orders were incomplete.

All depends when you go during the week days great service nights and weekend when the kids work it's 20% good 80% bad not hard to tell what kids were brought up with respect

Ordered food. Forgot straws again... like every order. Missing nuggets and gave me a honey that blew open and went on all the stuff in my bag. Also have the wrong pops, covers not on right. And nuggets were hard and old. I support them as I work with Walmart. But this is horrible. Ordering through the app is the worst to get problems fixed.I'm disappointed. Tried. To call over annd overClearly no answer.They have no care..... it's unfortunate I ordered Friday night on the 9th around 850 pm. And I'm so disappointed..... I didn't enjoy that meal one bit. I'm sorry guys. But it's all the time.I love most of the workers there. But you need to care about your job.
