Had the worst and most offensive experience with the store manager, ANGEL. She is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. I was shocked when I found out that she was the store manager as she clearly lacks the qualities of one. I will never forget the most unpleasant experience my mom and I had at this store. Very unprofessional and just plain rude. She certainly doesn't deserve to be a manager and should not be working in customer service.

The new manager is very friendly and the staff are all pleasant and eager to help. They have great prices and a large selection of North American products if you take the time to check the labels. Nothing over $1.50, still lots of items for $1.25. Visit often because quality name brand products come and go but are a great deal when they're available.

Less than impressed with this location today. Went to the checkout took all of my stuff out of my basket with my kids in tow, clearly the person working the checkout wasn’t paying attention because once they finished with the customer in front of me she told me the till isn’t open anymore… didn’t even help me put anything back into my basket she just walked away. Prior to this customer in front of me was showing two workers something that happened to a toy and the other worker says “I hate kids”, not the right thing to say especially with my kids standing in with me. You don’t have to like kids but don’t make my kids feel bad because your miserable.

I drive from Edmonton (which isn't that far about 7 minutes from the end of the Southside) just to go to this location. It is the Walmart of all the dollar trees.. So big and stocked soo well. Not to mention how clean it is. It has way more stuff and organized sooo much better then every other dollar tree. Highly recommend this location!! !

Rude staff members working yesterday. Saw one worker following someone that was shopping at store everywhere they went he was there. Could not believe that lol

Very poorly managed with conflicting and rude behavior from the manager Angel. People don't want to shop there because they know angel still works there and are scared of walking into a unnecessary conflict..

This has been one of the worst dollar stores I've been to. I looked at plates and no pricing ANYWHERE. No prices on the shelving and no prices on yhe plates themselves.Maybe they just lack workers? But I will never be stepping into this store location again. Head yo dollarama.

They're getting lot of good stuff and it's 1.25.Saw one item that was marked as $4 not sure if their prices were increasing or not.
