Let me talk to a human and receive a list of requirements to achieve a building permit. Your online permit application process is terrible! They ask for documents and after you get them then they ask for more! Give me a list of what u need and I’ll get them to you the first time!

Had a mixed experience. Guy told me it will only be 7 days max for permit to be approved. I submit it 13 business days before we are looking to start work on my basement. Nothing nothing nothing. After 18 business days and a thrown out timeline I spoke to Rochelle. She worked on my permit overnight to get it to us the last day that was sensible to meet our deadline. 5 stars for Rochelle. 1 star for unrealistic deadlines.
