Lost my wallet containing over 1,000$ in cash inside of it and was literally freaking out at the till because I realized I didn't have it and I was scrambling all over the place looking for it and could not f9nd it any where but one of the workers grabbed it and stored it for a safe return to its rightful owner that restored my faith in humanity because what could I have done if someone simply walked away with it ?? Not a damm thing and thank you so much for saving my life cuz that was stressful for me thanks again

Go to thisWalmart all the time and run into some very nice staff except for the older lady that works in the Self Checkouts. She is a very grumpy person, no personality at all. Should be working behind closed doors. Also as I walk around the store there is a lot of grumbling between staff and the public hears this.

Big store lots of varieties, staff don't know where anything is or how to help... Much bigger store than the one on fairview the stoes is unorganized and that makes it hard to find anything, they are often out of products from the flyer... They have a SELF check out but I chooses not to use it because its just taking jobs away from those who need them, I think walmart has enough money and unless they want to also pay me to stock their shelves Im not going thru a self check out! Otherwise okay store staff are much better at the fairview street location

Love the fantastic selection. Fresh produce was very good. Very helpful staff. Even helped packed my goods. Loved this branch of Walmart. Was visiting Vernon from Merritt, BC. Will definitely go back.

Bought a gift card here and it ended up being a fraudulent card. Did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation and I was basically accused of trying to scam them. I recommended they keep the gift card racks at the front of the store only instead of seasonal and was assured that it couldn't of been a scam card. Disappointing.

The store is alright. The electronics department definitely needs better workers as they wouldn't sell me a product telling me I had to come back with my mother to buy the product(I'm 35) then when I came back argued with me about the product I was trying to buy then got mad and left wouldn't deal with me as well wouldn't allow me to check out an item before buying it so I bought it and it wasnt the right one so wouldn't let me take it back. Also trying to call them is ridiculous I literally spent 1 hour listening to my phone ring cause no one will answer the phone.

I actually enjoy going to Walmart but that older female greeter with the dark wavy hair is just a nasty old bag on numerous occasions. I don't think greeting should be her job, maybe stick her in the back somewhere out of the way so others can enjoy their experience as well.
