They did a fantastic job, from being on time to quote and look at the job, to being flexible and going above and beyond with the clean up and tidying of the yard. Very happy with the overall experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their tree services. I'll make sure to put those logs to good use!

Best tree company we've ever used; they delivered over and above our expectations! Recently recommended by our neighbours, we are very pleased that we contracted Urban Tree Care. They were respectful of our property, careful, and hard working. We had a dangerous project for them - a huge dead Ash tree, close to outbuildings - and they performed the removal with exceptional results, even filling the lawn depressions with soil and grass seed. All of their tree services were very well priced. We look forward to contracting them in future, and fully recommend them to others!

I would highly recommend Urban Tree Care! Both my neighbour and I had trees removed in the course of a week and we are both very pleased with the work these guys did. From the quotes to the clean up and everything in between, they were knowledgeable, informative, professional, and very respectful of our properties. Marc and his crew from Urban Tree Care were a pleasure to deal with. Starting from when I initially contacted them he was responsive and helpful. The estimating process was simple and quick and the price was very reasonable. I had one tree to take down, 3 stumps to remove and two large trees to be pruned close to our house. All of the work was done quickly and professionally even though the heat was unbearable! Great job guys. I will keep you in mind for future work and refer you to others looking for tree service

Urban Tree Care cut down a few trees on my property and ground the stumps out. They were safe, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up the property very well. Marc was great to deal with when setting up the project, was flexible, kind, and overall just a great person and company to deal with. I have recommended UTC to a few friends and coworkers of mine and they all have echoed these sentiments. In fact, some neighbours saw the guys working at my property and came over to ask them to stop by and give them a quote for work at their properties. Overall I had a great experience and will always recommend Urban Tree Care.

Hired Marc and Mike's crew to remove a large dead ash tree in my fairly space constrained backyard garden. They showed up on time to both the estimate and the day of the work. They removed the tree piece by piece in a carefully controlled manner which put me at ease even with the close proximity to my house. They also provided some much appreciated advice and maintenance to a Manitoba maple we had nearby. They took care in cleaning up the site at the end of the day and overall did a great job and were very pleasant guys to work with. I highly recommend Urban Tree Care if you need an arborist in the Hamilton area!
