I recently ordered food from Gateway Pizza branch 148 street and was disappointed with the quality of the food. It was clear that some of the ingredients were not fresh, and the dishes lacked the depth of flavor and seasoning that I was expecting. Some of the dishes were overcooked and dry, while others were undercooked and lacked texture.As someone who enjoys trying new dishes, I was disappointed with the overall. The quality of the food did not justify the cost.While I understand that restaurants have their off days, I hope that this particular establishment takes steps to improve the quality of their ingredients and the execution of their dishes. It's important for restaurants to prioritize the freshness and flavor of their food to provide a satisfying experience for their customers.Overall, I give this restaurant a rating of 1out of 5 stars due to the poor quality of the food. I hope that they take constructive criticism and feedback to heart and work towards improving their offerings in the future.

I've had it a handful of times. I thought it was okay, in terms of Indian pizza parlors in Surrey. Their butter chicken pizza was a highlight. Everything else, so-so. If you're in the neighborhood, not a bad place to stop. Otherwise, there's plenty of better places to get Indian pizza from, such as Spice6 and Captain Oven.

I ordered food , it was so oily and in Salad it looks like they packed a week ago it’s fully fungus there when I called them they said they making always fresh saladVery disappointedMy advice for everyone If you eat there you can get sick don’t play with your healthI share the pictures You can see

Today we ordered large goat curry ,regular butter chicken and 10 naans from this joint which I paid about 56 dollars. When I opened the food I just realized it's not goat but lamb also floating in heavy oil.This is disgusting as we ordered something else and giving us cheap products for same price.This food is very oily and unhealthy so its better not order from this place if you are health conscious

This is second time I have ordered pizza from Gateway and I really liked it both times. I have tried their veg paneer pizza and it was really good and value for money. I ordered pizza over call, they asked for 20 minutes and order was ready within quoted time so full marks for service. Only deducting 1 star because I found this pizza very spicy, but that can be everyone's personal taste so if you like spicy food then this is definitely for you. Store was well maintained and staff was friendly so full marks on that part.

They are charging a a credit surcharge if you pay by credit card & not informing the customer before payment. I would suggest you mention this to your customers so they can pay with an alternate form if payment if they wish. I have not been charged for a credit surcharge at Gateway in the past so not sure if this was an error or it's a new charge they've recently implemented. However, they withhold this info from the customer instead of just notifying us. Regardless, this is terrible business practice so shame on you for sneakily taking advantage of unsuspecting people. Also, my order was over the minimum threshold amount so I feel this is just a way to take unfair advantage of the customer.

Ordered a regular palak panner , even after my instructions they put so much oil , no cream and added saag in it. Had to throw it but when I called they said can’t do anything. Well done gateway pizza never expected.

I am surprised about that many negative reviews. My experience with them was always positive. Their pizzas are definitely the best Indian style pizzas in surrey. Very flavourful and very generous with toppings. I have been going to this place for years. I can’t think of anything bad to say about them. The staff in the front and girls who answer the phone are very friendly as well.
