Ilana Horowitz, RMT

I’ve probably seen at least 40 different massage therapists in my life, and Ilana is one of the best. She is very knowledgeable, truly listens to what I need, and makes sure she does whatever she can to alleviate my pain. Her space is welcoming and comfortable, too. I’m so glad I found her and highly recommend her!

And yet to this day every session with her is better than the last.Ilana, on top of being incredibly skilful, also excels at making you feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed. Incredible! I had only ever had massages at spas and resorts, and it’s never personalized enough. Ilana did an incredible job for my first session with her. I will definitely be going back! She listens to everything you have to say and focusses on exactly what you need her to focus on. I felt that good kind of sore the next day and two days later I feel 100x better than when I arrived for my appointment! Definitely recommend Ilana and her strong magic hands!!

I've been to several RMTs over the years but none have impressed me as much as Ilana. I initially decided to try her services as she was close by, had good reviews, and her practice is science- and evidence-based. Ilana is one of the only RMTs who has been able to provide a firm enough pressure for me (I like it VERY firm). Her practice space is clean, cosy and professional. She is friendly and caring and will make recommendations for your lifestyle to keep the pain and tension from coming back. Definitely recommend.

Ilana is an incredible masseuse! I have been going to her for a few months now and am feeling so much better already. She is very attentive, always asking me how my body is feeling and whether the previous treatments have improved things. I recommend her to everyone in the area, and will definitely be going for years to come!

One of the best massage experiences I've ever had. She was attentive to my issues and adapted the massage to suit my injury. In addition she was kind enough to provide some helpful stretches to ensure a speedy recovery. It was a very professional and relaxing atmosphere and I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Ilana for massage therapy for over a year every 2-4 weeks or so. She is so professional and always strikes the perfect balance between a feel-good relaxing massage and a focused, pain/soreness-relieving massage. Her in-home practice area is separated and really well setup, I especially love the heated massage table. If there’s something I want to focus on, like back/neck, quads, ankles, TMJ, etc she comes up with the perfect plan to accomplish that and relieve my pain or soreness. If there’s nothing specific I want to focus on, I opt for a full body massage and always leave feeling amazing after. Ilana also remembers all the little details like something I mentioned on a previous visit or my preferred payment method. Highly recommend Ilana to anyone looking for a high quality massage therapist!

Clean space! Very kind and consent-minded practitioner. When I went in my neck and shoulder muscles were pretty shot. I felt so much better a few days after seeing Ilana ! And also love love love that they're still being COVID conscious!!
