Unless you know a stylist you can trust here you should stay away and never walk-in.. I had a pretty good walk-in cut at this location in February and so I went back today thinking I could have the same expectation. Well the stylist who cut it last time was there when I walked in so I was hopeful.. but I guess I was unlucky today since I ended up with someone else and they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Completely butchered my hair. I have pretty standard short hair and asked for a fade with a 0.5 clipper up the sides and blended near the top. It doesnt even look like she attempted to blend it on one side (theres a clean break from about 1/4 clipper to 3" long hair)

The person who cute my children's hair is not friendly and does not understand or follow the instructions of the style we want for the haircut. She was very rude and doesn't listen to customers.

I've honestly never had a bad haircut here. I show the hairdresser a photo of what I want, and they do a very good job reproducing it to suit my face shape and hair type. I thoroughly love coming here - they are so pleasant and I am satisfied with my haircut every time.

I just visited this place yesterday. Their service is average and they just do your haircut in 10 minutes with machine with poor finishing. They marked the board of 19.00$ for men haircut, and then after your haircut they told me that my hairs were big so there is extra charge for it. If you have other options, then don’t go this place. Staff is friendly and they butter you in many ways, but service is not professional

Came here and got a haircut from may! Not only is she super friendly she also gave me a dope haircut. 10/10 would go again for may and recommend it others too

I always took my sons to this place but today I was busy so I didn’t go with my teenage son because I trusted this place and was surprised to see him back with totally wet hair in -10 degrees.I asked him why his hair is wet and he said I don’t know, they said I was done.I called and they told me drying the hair is $10 extra !!!In all my years I have never heard of this.After drying his hair I can see why it was left wet, the cut is a disaster and clearly they didn’t know what they were doing.But lesson learned, will go somewhere else to fix it.

Very bad experience. The hair dresser doesn't know what she was doing even though she was clearly told what I wanted. Totally messed up the hair. Have to wait 2-1/2 hrs for manager to come and may be she can fix it but overall not really impressed with the employee's expertise in her trade.

Hello. Make sure you have access to dictionary at this place; because when you tell them you don’t want straight hair, but you want them bouncy and big curls. On top of that you pay extra for styling and you might end up with no style LOL.In addition, if you mention to your hairstylist that please don’t make my hair look horrible, she’s gonna tell you that’s not her job!!!!I literally would like to ask Hiring Manager of this place to write down the job description of a hair stylist for his employees and display it in the salon so that they can remember that they are getting paid to make the hair look nice!!!!

Wow , my first hair cut here and it was the best I have had in years. The lady ( Azura ?) was so good and blending and shaping with such strict attention to detail. Can say enough, will be back for sure
