The system was not working properly and I couldn’t find the state and city I was trying to send money to.Bad costumer serviceThe lady was being rude , she was getting impatient because we couldn’t find my city and state, acting like it was me who didn’t know wich city I’m from, she even had my passport with all my information but still couldn’t do anything.NoiseI get that there has to be a glass for protection. But right in the middle there’s a HUGE fan that is making a lot of noise and is very difficult to hear each other .

Deshonnest employee, useless and uncompetent. They tried to fool me, give me half of my money in cash and the rest in a debit card. They were very unpleasant and not trying to understand. Bad bad service, go downtown there are more professional than this shity place.

They say they don’t have enough money so I can receive the transaction and the suggested solution is that I start calling other agencies to see if they have enough money. So now I am the one that has to be solving the issue chasing Western Union agencies. Not sure if there was something broken in the communication here, but somethings is very off
