Minken gives a very good first impression as organized, clean and knowledgeable.Unfortunately he does a minimalist job. He also delegates all the work to junior lawyers that he brings in.Usually when you get fired, your employer will have two amounts in mind, the original lowball offer, and the one that he wants you to accept later. Minken will get you the latter amount, and not a penny more! The same amount that you'll get from any junior cheap lawyer.He only comes alive" when you push him to do a proper job. Then he gets offended and starts adding obscene charges just as a punishment for expecting something more than the basics.I ended up firing him after making him remove a bunch of extra charges that were added just to intimidate me into accepting the default offer.I then got another lawyer who managed to get me a nice bump.It was a horrible experience battling my own lawyer and my employer simultaneously
