Bosley's

Not impressed with this location. I have been to other Bosley's before and my experience was ok. This store was different! I bought something for my pet and when it didn't work out, I tried to return it. The employee said sorry

This is a great local pet supply store.It carries all you need in the way of food, treats, collars, leashes, toys, beds and so on.The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.Covid protocols are in place and respected and lots of parking close to the store entrance

Decent selection of food and other products. Super high prices which is pretty common amongst pet supply stores these days. Absolutely rotten service, though. Got yourselves a couple of *lovely* ladies working at this location. No greeting when we entered the store, they even made some nice snarky comments about our dog wearing a bandana (like, okay?) when they thought we wouldn’t hear (we were the only ones in the store so I guess that says a lot). Won’t be back!

I came in with my Black Labrador Retriever (Milo) today to use the Self-Serve Pet wash, I was amazed to see all the soaps and amenities provided. The staff was very nice and were able to get us a quick appointment. The Self-Serve wash was very nicely made and you could change the temperature of the water to your pets liking, which is sometimes not available in various other places. Overall very happy with the service and friendliness, I will for sure bring Milo again. Thank you!!

To cashier 1017 who worked today on July 3 around 1 pm. I understand you were working alone and probably having a bad day, but please drop the attitude. You got signs all over your store door about support local, locally owned and operated verbiage…which I totally support and up for, but when having a snarly, dismissive, and condescending attitude towards a customer who is simply trying to help you clean dog bath area.. that does not help. You are not helping to get your store supported. For that reason, I ain’t coming back. Want to grow your business?? Drop the attitude and be nice. It costs you nothing to be nice but rather it pays dividend to be.

The Staff member that night didn’t seem very energetic. She did not try to engage in any way which is fine. I’ve been to this Bosleys before and always had a great time with the staff, could just be an off day I guess.Store is always neat and organized with tons of options for food or treats, toys and leashes/collars.

I love this store. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. The store is easy to navigate and I love that that have the top dog food brands that our animals should be eating. They have a great treat section and toy section. I will continue to come to this store for any needs my animals may have.

I was here to give my boy & a friend's dog a wash. Megan was the associate & let me tell you she is what makes customers come back. Great patience & her work ethic is unmatched! Keep up the fantastic work Megan!

The food is not cheap but you get what you pay for, however on this day we went for a bath here and that is the best deal going at $10. The bath area is great: clean and stocked with plenty of shampoos and towels. This location has an apron available and dog treats. I love this commercial option because it's easier than doing it at my own home: no kneeling down or bending over.
