The staff have been absolutely wonderful each time I've been there! They're knowledgeable and friendly, and I think they're doing a fantastic job. Their selection is as great as it could be with the tiny space they have, and it definitely gets to job done for me after a hard day at work. Keep up the great work!!

Excellent customer service from the staff. May not be the biggest selection, but the staff are more than knowledgeable on there products and they will be able to help you find what you want.

Excellent service! Very friendly, professional and educated staff. I had no idea what I was looking for and the store manager took the time to educate me and provided samples so I knew I would enjoy my purchase. I will definitely be a return customer.

The staff are lovely and helpful, the selection is good, the Wine Rack does the job of promoting its associated group of Canadian wineries. However, in the case of the Metro Grandview location, its position in the exit hallway is not the easiest to casually shop in. That being said, it's nice to have your groceries in mind and pick a suitable bottle of wine on the way out. The tight digs and friendly staff help make the selection process quick and efficient!

Very convenient as it is attached to the Metro store. Usually no lineup, so quick in-and-out. Staff are friendly and courteous. However, small and limited selection, out of necessity, so only 4 stars.

If the person you're talking to on the phone is so much more important than the customer standing in front of you with their money out, then you don't need my business. That's beyond rude; it's insulting.
