I love getting my nails done at Gem! It's nice and bright and spacious, loads of parking, and the spa music is so relaxing. But the reason I keep coming back for all my nail-needs is Jenny. Such a warm professional: her nails last so well and she is the sweetest lady.I'm just going to keep going here.

Absolutely amazing service and they always go above and beyond. I love all staff. Best pedicure I have ever had. The massages are out of this world fantastic and the nail are is gorgeous. Thank you so much! They made my friends 40th birthday so special for all of us.

Had a great short notice appointment and got done everything I needed .They are very meticulous in how they do nails so glad they had time for me. Would definitely recommend going there.

Had a fantastic time getting my pedicure done here! Chloe was amazingly precise and clean when doing my pedicure. The space itself is very clean, organized and well setup. Would highly recommend anyone wanting a pedicure to come here. They even offer 10% off on Mondays and Tuesdays which is awesome!

We decided to get a pedicure at Gem Nail Salon on the recommendation of a friend. It was a lovely experience. We immediately felt so welcomed and comfortable as we were shown to our seats that were already prepared for our arrival. There was a vast array of colours to choose from. The experience from start to finish (hot stone foot massage) was exceptional! High recommend!

Love this place! Every time I come here it’s a great experience. Very friendly staff, easy to unwind and relax. Beautiful designs and great attention to detail. I’m now a loyal customer.

June 25, 2023Updated my review from 7 months ago from a 5 star to a 1 starI went in on a Friday at their last appointment slot and I had the worst experience. I went in for a mani, pedi and uppper lips waxing. If you've had a long day, don't accept more clients, we pay a full price for a rubbish end of day service.Starting with the mani, I left the salon with my thumb bleeding, the lady who did my mani saw that it was bleeding and kept cleaning it up with cotton and never once did she apologize for it.Like that was not enough, I woke up the next morning ready to leave for vacation, looking as if a cat had scratched my upper lips. I have 2 bruises on my upper lips which I've to cover with concealer - I have no idea how they managed to do that with waxing.Very very disappointed, will not visit again not will recommend.********My first time coming here and I had the best expesinve ever! I'd booked a deluxe pedicure and it was the best I've ever had!Everyone were very warm, friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and hygenic, with a clean washroom as well. The staff were no overly talkative which was nice because I could just relax and take a little nap.The services felt pampered and not rushed, they took their time and did it really well.They also helped me pick the right colors according to my skin tone. Loved the service.Defintiely coming back!

I'd like to point out that if I could give this review more than 5 stars, I'd give it unlimited golden stars.If you want a high-end ambiance as well as celebrity pampering, I highly recommend their services. Everyone was so nice and unique! The facility was absolutely stunning and cutting-edge.

Went here for deluxe regular pedicure and ombre manicure. I'm happy with the outcome of my nails. Staff really knows what they were doing. Highly recommended.
