We had never met Anna and she simply listened to our request and proceeded to completely fulfill all of our needs. On stop flight, all inclusive package for 14 days and at our desired price. Anna was very energetic and friendly made our decision to take her proposal immediately, even as we were driving. We both were thrilled with her knowledge and willingness to search for our needs and wants and she completed both. Very disappointed! Booked a trip to Hawaii and when flight was canceled, our agent(named Virginia- supervisor) didnt even check to make sure the new flight still had us in extra legroom, which we paid for. I called her the day before our trip to confirm and sure enough, no extra legroom. As it turns out, one of us had to settle for a cramped regular seat for a 10 hour plus flight to Honolulu. Not impressed at all. I wont get into the accommodations she recommended at The Twin Fin.

Anna Juanly was very professional and always available. She gave me great information and was open and honest. She was not trying to sell me anything but gave me great advice. I submitted my group quote to multiple agency but decided to work with Anna, she was kind, cheerful and pleasant to work with, she smooth thing out and always cater to everyone questions and inquiries, she work late to closed our group.
