A lovely place to relax and enjoy some time. Treatments are all nice and have multiple elements to them which make them feel very luxurious. I can't recommend the full body treatments (scrubs/polish) with Whitney enough. You feel taken care of and like royalty. This is absolutely the place to go when you need a treat, a rest, or just whenever you can!

So fantastic and relaxing! My sister and I went for a facials - I wanted our facials to be done at the same time and Gem Spa accommodated my request by putting us together in the same room. This is the best facial I got - Whitney (I think that's her name) was so gentle and quiet, and calmed me during the extraction portion of the facial. Will come back again. My sister and I couldn't stop talking about it on our way home!

I bought my wife the Pearl package for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! When I picked her up I could see she was glowing from the whole experience. Her only preference would of been comfortable seating for the pedicure portion because she deals with back issues. Otherwise it was great and she will definitely be going back!

I went in for the rejuvenating facial and it was such a lovely experience. Ashlie provided a relaxing environment, was knowledgeable about skincare and helped educate me about products but didn’t push any sales on me which I love. The only thing I would have to say is that the clock in the room is quite loud. Definitely going to be my new treat to myself!

I love going to Gem Spa for both manicures and pedicures. All of the girls do an amazing job and I am super particular about my nails- they always come out perfect! The spa is very clean a relaxing environment, I'll never go anywhere else to get my nails done now that I've found Gem Spa!

I tried to opal package on my visit to this spa, which includes a body scrub and facial. The body scrub was a standard scrub experience, I probably would have liked more vigorous scrubbing, but that’s just personal preference I guess. The facial though was one of the best facial experiences I’ve ever had! The facial massages were so relaxing that I dozed off near the end and I felt so refreshed when I left. It’s safe to say that I’ve found my favourite facial in KW!

I booked a facial in with Ashlie. She was very kind and knowledgable about skin. Unfortunately the facial experience was not great. I came from work so I had makeup on. I asked if that was okay, she said yes. When I got in my car I realized there was mascara smeared on my face. Not ideal. Additionally, there was very little pressure on the massage and loud clock in the room. Would consider going back for a different service as the location looked nice.
