Amazing people that care about your pets. Decent pricing. I was able to get an appointment months sooner that at any of the 5+ local vets near me.Totally worth the 1/2 hour drive to the town of Burford.Small, but mighty. LOL.I definitely recommend.

Carol at the Burford veterinary hospital is fantastic! I brought my dog and long haired cat to be groomed and she did a great job! My cat barely lets me brush him at home but she had no problems with him at all because she’s clearly magic and has perfected her craft. I also know my dog can be a handful, particularly with nail clipping, so it’s obvious Carol has a great deal of patience as well with her less cooperative clients

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, I’m blown away at how rude some of the staff talk to customers. Some people should not work in the profession of dealing with the public. Just because they have the knowledge to medically help your pet doesn’t mean they have the knowledge to handle pets. I watched them strong arm(physically force) my dog into doing what they wanted, when a simple treat could have been used and he would have done what they wanted, I know this because my last vet could get my dog to do anything they wanted with a treat.

We moved down the street from this vet, so we really wanted our doggy to become a patient here. Both times he was sick and we were in need they didn’t have time for us, didn’t bother to follow up call or give us any advice on what to do. They said they could give us an emergency vet visit for a charge of $1000 just for the appointment! Rude on the phone, and unhelpful.

Best vet I’ve been too. I’ve brought 4 of my 5 animals there so far. They’ve helped through a lengthy list of illnesses and injury scenarios with my animals, all which have been successfully fixed and/or mended. Anyone who reviews differently was evidently the problem. Highly recommended!!!

I haven’t needed the use of any medical services yet, but I love the thorough and professional job their groomer always does with my Standard Poodle. Carol has kept Bruno looking his best for nearly ten years now, and he loves going to see her. Totally worth making the drive from Simcoe!

Poor communication in regards to appointments and confirmation. After 3 business days of being told I would be contacted and when I called each day I couldn’t reach a manager till the 3rd day, I receive a manager rude off the hop being told essentially “your problem not mine”. When I was told she spoke directly to me (she didn’t, my wife made the appointment and neither of us received any confirmation). Seems fairly expensive as well on top of everything.

I highly recommend Carol for grooming which is located in the Burford vet clinic . Carol is great with our dog Lucy . Burford Pet Boutique ! ❤️❤️
