Would highly recommend Lux! I always have a great experience. They have the best website with live inventory, their furniture always looks great and is delivered in good condition, the delivery team is amazing with communicating their arrival time and putting everything in place, and I absolutely love dealing with the Team in-house (particularly Arthi!) she's always on the ball and such a huge help. Love working with you guys!

I purchased a new king size bed from the team at Lux. Lux sums up the entire experience - it was so luxurious and worry-free! Julie made ordering and payment extremely easy, the men who delivered and set-up the bed were excellent. They were professional, did an excellent job, and even brought my mattress (not from Lux) upstairs for me and put it out on the bed (something I would have never been able to do by myself).I was thrilled with my entire experience here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

I ve tried other furniture rentals but none of them have the customer care and noise for details that Lux does. Arthi went above and beyond to make our staged condo not only look perfect but also doing it while not over spending. I really appreciate their process and patience and I will definitely be using them again for the next project!!

Julie and the team at Lux Furniture Rentals make every transaction seamless, from the sourcing, to the order, to the delivery and pick up. Very professional and timely. The furniture is the most attractive and best quality I have found in the rental furniture market to boot! Use them!!!
