DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!I ordered a puffer jacket online with express shipping as I needed it for a snowboarding trip for the next week. I was told it would arrive on the 18th of this month When it didn’t arrive that day I was obviously understanding as mistakes happen but nonetheless, I contacted customer support and they assured me that it would arrive at my house the next day GUARANTEED (I have this promise that the customer service employee sent me in text). They told me if it didn’t arrive on the 20th to contact customer support again, and so I did and they said the same thing and proceeded to contact the carrier and label my package as a priority. I was refunded the express shipping fee and was told by both the first and second employee that I would receive an updated email confirmation with updated tracking details. I never got the email. So today again, I contacted their customer support chat, asked the same questions- When will my package arrive? What are its whereabouts right now? I even asked canada post - a partnering company with their carrier “landmark” to help me track it since Hollister was being so useless and they essentially said my package was stuck in transit. Obviously I’m disappointed as I needed this jacket for tomorrow, but I’m most frustrated about Hollister’s online customer service. I live in BC and ordered this item from their online website which apparently came from Brampton Ontario (this store location). Now I obviously know the specific store itself is not at fault, but I have never received worse customer support from a company. While they claimed I was talking to a real person on the chat, some of the responses were pretty automated sounding and they never answered any of my questions, and even when they did, it was completely irrelevant to what I was asking of them. I will never order from here again. Worst online shopping experience of my life.

I visited this location with my girlfriend to shop for bathing suits and summer dresses. As we both went into the change rooms and do what girls do, which is try clothing articles on and come out of the change room to show each-other our outfits we were suddenly stopped and shocked to find that there were 5 grown men standing in the women’s change room staring at us. We were both extremely uncomfortable and asked the employee why there were men in the change room. Which she pretended not to hear us. We yelled out from the change rooms multiple times as to “ WHY THERE ARE MEN IN THE WOMENS CHANGE ROOM” to which the men still didn’t leave or the employee still didn’t ask them to leave. We felt extremely violated and we are NEVER coming back to this place again.

Everything is so good and especially staff is so nice and helpful. Most importantly I got 40% off because of black Friday deals.

Worst experience at cash counterI went their to return couple of clothesAlthougj i have a lot to return and have different reciepts for productsCashier looked annoyed and she was continuously blabbering with her team mate that this is annoyingThey bought so many thingsI really dont liked itAnd at the end i asked her if she is doneShe rudely asked if you have moreLike what?Its your duty to serve the customers and you are behaving like we are some people came to here waste their timeI dont know her name but she was so so rude .

Store manager name Elizabella is beyond rude to her customers and since she is setting such great example for others, all her employees behave in the same unprofessional attitude. Never again to this location. Bonus: it’s always unorganized and everything is all over the floor. And customers buy those dirty clothes that everyone has walked all over.

BEWARE !! Do not go to this store for exchange the item bought online.I went in store to exchange some items which I bought online because its quicker than packing all stuff yourself and dropping off to Canada Post.At first they said , to process exchange they will have to return all products and refund to original mode of payment and then create new order with similar price for exchange. Everything was okay up to that point.After creating return request they suddenly came up with excuse that they can no longer price match some products so I told them not to process those particular items.Even worst condition , they created return and processed my refund but now they were unable create new order with similar price as it already passed two weeks.These guys literally wasted my time.Please train your staff well so they don't mess up like this.

The prices online are always better than the I store prices here. Showroom is a little dark but has a huge collection of stuff

Had a great shopping experience in store. Unfortunately they didn’t have the items I needed but I was able to order them online and get them at a discounted price.My son is pleased with his puffer vest and the quality of women’s tees is amazing.
