Pongshop Table Tennis

Went looking for a racket and some ping pong balls. The person who helped was knowledgeable and helped me find a racket that suited my skill level.

I ordered a Tour 2500 and it arrived with a crushed corner and broken leg. These things do happen, but how they handled it is why I'm writing this review. We received the table and the shipping box looked OK. Upon unpacking the table, it was clear the corner was crushed in. I followed Pongshop's process to report concealed" damage and sent them pictures within their allotted time limit of 16 hours. Steven from Pongshop told me the damage didn't matter because the table was still 'playable'. He offered me some free balls.I continued unpacking and discovered the leg was so damaged that the welds were broken. Again I sent pictures and reported my findings.. like a boss. After much persistence I was able to get Steven to send me a "new" leg. The new leg arrived and was so badly damaged that it could not be mounted to the table
