New ownership of the dealership has drastically reduced the quality of service. I had been a longterm customer with them for over 20 years. That no longer matters to them. Book rates and full price on parts now and they even charged me for labour on warranty work of faulty parts. The day I was there they walked out a long term staffer. I won't be back.

They booked a repair that they didn't even have anywhere close to enough time to complete. I was also supposed to have an oil change done as well. After waiting for an hour past my appt time and my car was never even pulled into the shop I had to go ask if they were even going to get it done today. I was late for my next appt because of this. Worst experience I have had there yet.

Amazing experience from Jake from Degroote, he got us a great deal on a new truck. He was knowledgeable and polite during the whole process. Kelly was a dream to work with, she made the signing process so easy and comfortable. They are a great team to work with if your looking for a new vehicle. We never had a good experience with DeGroote in previous years. But we try to support loyal businesses.We went to DeGroote a final time hoping they could find us exactly what we were looking for. I brought my car in as a first time customer. My car was having multiple problems with starting, engine noise, and gauges not working. Diagnostics were done and a coolant sensor was replaced, which fixed all issues. The previous dealership I was dealing with was more concerned with trying to sell me a new car before they even tried to look at it. Truly appreciate your honest service. Thank you!

I was a little bit disappointed with my last service. The Degroote hill is usually very good at accommodating me And providing reliable service. My last appointment I took my vehicle in for the second time for them to replace the rear wiper motor. I was told I wouldn't be charged labor. When I received my invoice there was a labor charge. I contacted the service department and was told that there are 2 types of labor and I wasn't charged the labor for them to look at it and find what the issue was even though I told them the first and the second time.But I was charged 65.00 for them to install the part.It would have been nice to know this information at the time they told me there would NO labour charge.

I had an oil change, inspection and tire rotate done on my buick. Vehicle was taken in on time and work completed within an hour. The cabin filter was dirty, I was asked if I wanted it replaced while the service was still underway, which I had done. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable.

We took our 2019 Colorado in on April 27th with an engine light on. Were told we needed a fuel sensor and they ordered it and was to be fixed the next day. Returned on the 28th only to be told that it wasn't done. Told that they didn't receive the part only to find out the part was there. No phone call letting us know what was happening. If we hadn't returned to the shop we wouldn't have known anything. Had to return the truck on Monday to be fixed. Very frustrating and inconvenient and no communication no acceptable. When you say something follow through.I understand that things get busy and fall through the cracks. Follow up on your work orders and communicate to customers.
