Today I went for my flu shot at this Pharmacy and I was impressed: I was ( presumably) serviced by Mr. Baines and experienced a very pleasant , courteous service, The premises are very clean and bright ,as it behooves a medical facility,which is not always with other facilities..I will definitely chose Baines Pharmacy for my future Flu,Covid shots !I would love to give more stars if it were possible!

Professional, kind and very informative staff. Every big store pharmacy takes hours, Bains doesn't take that long, the most time I've waited was 15 minutes.

A1 service for my moms daily dispense service! ***********stars!the pharmacist and staff go above and beyond to make sure we can keep mom safe at home with her meds, blood pressure etc.! they are very accommodating if we need a change and mom likes the lady's who come to her house, we like someone checking on her everyday...regulating the meds has improved her health greatly! should have posted this review last year...no problem's getting them on the phone to answer anything that comes up, good communication'shighly recommend!

Bains pharmacy continues to provide exceptional service for pharmaceutical needs for the past 20 plus years. I had previously used the 'Big box pharmacies' where I was just another customer .....feeling like just another number, taking long line ups, waiting for prescriptions, and receiving generic medical advice. With Bains pharmacy, Gursh provides personal service, acknowledging me personally every time I arrive, excellent medical consultations, medication readily for pick up from physician direct orders , and vaccine administration with no discomfort! Truly a community experience from staff that are knowledgeable, professional, experienced and personal.

Highly recommend. I used to go to whatever pharmacy was convenient until I came here for the first time years ago. The staff is all professional and courteous, and the main pharmacist always gives a personal touch to his service. You don't feel like just another prescription like the big box stores. I wouldn't even think to go anywhere else and I definitely recommend Bains Pharmacy.

Called the pharmacy to confirm if they received my doctors fax and they answered very quickly. I inquired about delivery (free of cost!) and the pharmacist advised that they can deliver as early as tomorrow which was fine. I called 3 hours before they closed. The pharmacist was so kind and dropped it off today itself which was so kind and generous on his part. Leaving review to acknowledge his kindness in getting me my medication today and making sure I received it. I been coming to them for years and willContinue my buisness with Bains Pharmacy!
