I would give a “0” rating if I could. They do NOT teach DBT. Unless reading froma printed handout Is good enough for you. I had to research everything at home to understand what I read off a piece of paper. No skills involved. It was mainly people venting about their personal problem. A different whiny person every week. Don’t waste your time and money. You don’t get what you signed up and paid for and they will not refund your money. I am currently involved in a DBT group through AHS. I am learning. It is amazing how DBT works. Once you’re actually taught the skills and how to use them.

After trying to deal with the CCC and feeling like I was paying per session and still getting nowhere; I called these guys and they were wonderful! I got set up with counselling that I could actually afford, easier parking and more warm environment, more professional and empathetic counselors. The wait list is long but for a reason. Hang in there and if you are ready and willing to own your stuff and get help in doing so, these guys are awesome.

I was on the phone with this black woman who has very harsh accent, I barely was understanding her she was very unprofessional and quick to judge. Even said to me she is in a hurry that I am wasting her time. I called to seek help and support! She shouldn't work there and talk to vulnerable people like that on the phone! The way she talked, her behaviour was unacceptable. Made me more mad than my problem.

Other than its at times a slow transition it is very helpful for many women who need a safe place to start over
