One of the worst security companies I've had ever worked for.....they simply just don't care about their employees no matter if you are dying, they just care about their own (People)race, in other words these people are the worst racist and their supervisor Leonard is the biggest A*****e on this planet earth. My honest advice to all security guards, NEVER EVER WORK FOR THIS Small and cheap company. On top of that they hired you for F/T and give you P/T hours, because good companies don't want to give their business to these small companies with no reputation and Integrity, they are just the crawling cockroaches of the security industry.Their interview and hiring process is a Joke. Even if you have a license or not, they will hire you immediately because after working for few weeks one can see the inside story, people quit due to their wrong policies.These days you will see their add all over the place , this is the proof.

Appeared to be a good place, didn't have the opportunity to judge; however, the environment in the office seemed good.

Leonard is most racist individual who have ruined this company. It was Ok to work with John ; but since Leonard is managing this company; its gone to dogs. Company is certainly a Big NO for immigrants, students or people of color. They pay poor, treat you poor and do not give you good references in case you need for further employment. Worst security company to work with.BIG NO FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR AND WHO WANTS TO BE RESPECTED.

Great company! Worked there for over 4 years and the owners definitely got your back whenever you need it. Hours were steady and co-workers were great to get along with. Definitely a good job to have if you want to get into Policing as well.

these is no 0 star button but this place deserves a 0 star. The staff is extremely unprofessional and most of them dont have a strong grasp on the English language. There was a lot of miscommunication. When I went in for my interview- in the TTC from Scarborough to vaughn, ( takes 90 mins) the receptionist told me that my interview was rescheduled and that I would have to come back because there was no one available to see me. There was no email or phone call informing me of that change and I travelled there for no reason. The receptionist doesnt speak english so it was hard for me to communicate my situation to her. She was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend working here to anyone.

HR scheduled a meeting with me but never called at the schedule timw. I called her many times to know the reason what happend. She finally talked me to and said that as oer her notes I was interviewed and now I have to apply after 6 mnths. Which is wrong cause I never received a call and was never interviewed. Very bad company.

The interview went well...but only from my side of things. Management seemed irritable when I showed interest in the company structure and procedures. Their main focus was getting me hired, signed, and out the door. They were very uninformative and expected me to just jump into the first job that was thrown my way without my consideration or input. I would probably compare this company to the 'Wal-mart of Security Companies'- hire cheap labour, treat their employees with little dignity, and disregard human needs.

Be Careful guys. Don't fall in their job trap. They promised me a full-time job and gave 1 day/week for almost 3 months. They took $225 from me for unifrorm (2 shirt, 1 pant & jacket). Uniform was free for other employees. They want you to leave after they sell the products. You have to do many non-paid jobs at the location. They even took these back from me hold my payment until I sent it to them by paying from my wallet $15 courier charges. DON'T FALL IN THE TRAP. Worst job experience in my life.

Would have given zero star if possible. Had an interaction with one of their security tonight in a parking lot that get lots of car meets. No one was revving or acting inappropriately but this bored and power hungry security guard drove over to order us to pack away the camping chairs. We weren't occupying another spot with the chairs, his reason was that no camping/campers allowed"... as if we are actually gonna spend the whole night living on a camping chair. For real

Really, These guys highly highly unprofessional schedule my interview. I am dressed up waiting for 45min they did not call me and not responded to my call. They don’t respect the others time.Never want to work this kind of stupid people. I read too many reviews but this guys not feel shame still not trying to improve. They not deserve even one star.
