Circle K

Not actually open 24 hours as it claims!!!So they're only open 24 hours for online ubereats orders. Not walkins Checked multiply times between 11pm to 2am and the door was always locked

Friendly customer service. Being a convenience store you won't find everything you need but you may find most things you want.

Worst circkle k customer service ever. The name of cashier was Ahmed. No welcome, No greetings like other circle Ks, That fine. But I bought 1 water bottle, chips and circle K candies and he was talking with his mate about me in Hindi language. He thought I don’t understand Hindi but unfortunately I know Hindi language. He did not even ask for plastic bag and instead he was teaching me about coupons rudely. And he did not even say have a good night or have a thanks for coming. I have worked in circle k and I know that whenever a customer comes, we have to greet them and when they leave we have to thank them and say have a good night ,have a good day , keep coming or thanks for coming.

If I could give zero star I would. I’m not expecting like great customer service or anything but just a bit of decency and manners would be great!

They not stoping asking me for not buying something if you don’t buy something there are saying what are you doing here if you don’t buy something ‘what a crazy employee ‘

As I was deciding what to buy and adding the total since I only had $15 cash. The cashier I believe his name was reza told me “you have been in here for 5 minutes you are taking too long, get out.” Apparently 5 mins is too long and warrants getting yelled at. Ridiculous.

Ahmed is a disgusting, human being. He tried to , make pass at me and said something that bothered me ...i told the store manager who is , nice. He handled the situation. But , I have to agree, unprofessional, mean, disgusting overall behaviour.One lady with her child about 7 yrs old was buying chocolates. The store clerk yelled at them for taking, too long.Pathetic behaviour. You have no right! Whether a person stays 1mint to 1hr..if they r not stealing or behaving badly, who are you to yell?You don't want business? I mean come on?Get better employees! We don't need junky, behaviour!And bad customer service!

Staff need to be retrained. I paid with card for milk including a 25c milk jug deposit, but when I went to return it, they were insisting on just giving me a quarter instead of refunding me back to my card. If you're gonna charge a deposit you should be able to return it to the original payment method used, otherwise don't charge a deposit at all. It's literally pressing buttons, it shouldn't be that hard. And sometimes they randomly lock the door too when it's supposed to be 24 hrs

Very rude staff and specially Ahemd , the young boys are great but not old aged people need to be changed…
