I ordered the tex mex burrito and it was great as usually. The girl there was really friendly and helpful. A group of girls walked in and the cashier offered one of them to try a sauce before ordering it. I think that was great! The washroom and the restaurant were clean which is really important. They prepared my food super quick. I can recommend going there.

This is a solid, dependable downtown lunch destination. I often go there for more casual workday lunches, catching up with colleagues, comfortable business lunch. Food Always serve fresh and hot.

Ordered from skip and there was glass in the smoothie! The manager just blamed the supplier and took no responsibility and then tried to imply that I mistook ice for glass. I informed him my next call would be to AHS since that’s a huge hazard and he tried to bribe me with a gift card.

Great option for healthy fast food. Eat here a few days a week. Staff are friendly and motivated, it is very clean and welcoming.

The girls there are very friendly. However, you pay extra for extra sauce and the bowl looks like they put half the amount of sauce... annoying to get home and realize your bowl is dry and flavourless.

Just bought two Mediterranean bowls using a buy one get one coupondelivered to my house and I can clearly tell that they didn't put the right amount of ingredients. The bowl is only half filled and I can even count the number of lettuce in the bowl because it's almost 1/3 amount of lettuce they usually put (I've tried this Mediterranean bowl more than 10 times from other Freshii locations in Alberta also including this location). I'm so disappointed with how they treated their regular customer using coupon for the first time.

Food is always cold. I used to think it was because it was winter when I was grabbing something to go - that the walk back to my office somehow cooled it down fast enough. But nope. They just serve cold bowls. I got the bamboo bowl, which I absolutely love, but you could tell most of the ingredients just came out of the fridge but the ones that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm... at best. Very unpleasant.
