Such poor customer service. If the staff could put in a little effort towards greeting customers and/or helping them find items within the store I’m sure it would help business greatly.

bad customer service especially for a local shop. I’ve come in a few times and most of the time the girls working act pretentious and don’t greet or acknowledge you. Stopped supporting this store.

For the longest time, I thought that Uforia Muse is a plus size clothing store because of all the pictures I see in the website and Instagram. I appreciate that maybe they are trying to be inclusive, but it is very misleading.

Overall good selection of clothing and accessories. But poor customer service supersedes the overall experience. Staff are quite unprofessional and non-aware.

Uforia is my absolute favourite clothing store in YQR! They have all the best brands, at great prices! The staff is always so friendly, and have even assisted me in creating cute outfits! This store is a staple in Regina, and an absolute must visit every time you’re in YQR! The owners really know what’s up and coming, so I look to Uforia for all the latest trends!

Customer Service....how hard is it to greet people and make them feel welcomed...nothing has changed. Some of the brands can be found online for a more affordable price.
