Relative to other bank branches I’ve been to, this location is the one I like the best. There is always only 1-2 people ahead of me, nice customer service, plus it’s very transit accessible. It’s my go-to CIBC.

This branch needs some management change for sure. I had some financial queries related to my investments but their financial rep was just taking it easy and didn’t care to reply my mails.I am reading other reviews too no wonder why everyone is complaining and expressing their distress on this platform.Don’t visit this branch if you value your time and money.

I generally don't write reviews and don't visit the branch often because I do most of the things online! I want to thank this CIBC branch and especially the Manager (has an office near the entrance) who helped solve an important fraud issue related to my Banking. I was panicking as I thought I lost my hard earned money. He immediately took care of my business and introduced me to his colleague to set up the required task, who was very helpful. They made sure that I was well taken care of. I had not experienced this level of great friendly service from any other Financial institutions. Thank you again and keep up the good work. 5 stars

This branch(brentwood)has terrible customer service, Gerald is useless! he never gets back to you and never has your request done , when he says it will be done, you have to call and call but he will never return your call. In all my 60 years of banking I have never been treated to such bad service.I will be taking my banking elsewhere

I am not surprised at all at the dismal record of this branch. The South Asian accounts manager is like a used car salesman. Sadly I fell for his smooth fast talking when I signed up in which crucial details were left out. I have been back 4 times now and each time given some new BS. I was finally lied to once again today blaming me for not acting within their timeline. After 4 visits and apparent clarification after each visit - no apology or attempt to fix it - just SOL sir.Closing my account there. You should too. If you are considering opening an account with their lure - don’t.
