I've been here on numerous occasions for dry cleaning and many alterations. Winter pea coat taken in at the back and in the cuffs. Great work and decent prices. Highly recommend.

Always great service and a smile

This place ruined my two Linen jackets (one costs $300 and one costs $120) and I'll never go back there again! There was marks all over one of them because of excessive heat and the material of the other one was worn off.

We used this place for alterations: shortening 2 trousers, widening the waist of 2 trousers , shortening the waste of one trouser, adjusting the sides of of a dress and , shortening a jump suit + adjusting its sides and shortening the 2 hangers . The total price was $122 before tax . The irony was that she charged $ 42 for the jump suit which more than the price of the dress itself . We told her over the phone not to shorten the jump suit and she agreed . When we came to pick up the clothes she said the shortening was done and lied by saying when we spoke over the phone about the shortening, it was too late although we spoke shortly after we handed in the clothes and left the store as she called us immediately because she forgot to include one of the trousers and this why we decided to cancel the shortening of the jump suit to accommodate the new price of the forgotten trouser. Also her English is not good and most of the time she was murmuring vague words . The lady was completely unprofessional. I will never go there again and do not recommend the place .

Dry cleaners and alterations amazing jobs

I have never in my life wrote a review but this place definitely deserved one esp after going to this place for the last 5+ years. Bought a new winter jacket last year and got it dry-cleaned for the first time few weeks back. When I picked it up I noticed a mark right on the chest of the jacket (one which would come from excessive heat when the jacket was pressed against the zip behind it). Asked this place to either remove the mark they put on my jacket or return the $27.83 they charged me. Long story short and after 4 times going there, speaking with the rude lady who owns the place who yelled at me and hung up the phone and blamed me for the mark, I decided that there was no point in arguing with people who don't understand customer service. I have no interest in lying or faking or anything ... I just wanted them to remove the mark they put on my brand new jacket which is now ruined for me. I would encourage you all to choose wisely as this place will blatantly accuse you and never accept their own mistake.

Best alteration place in mississauga. Hands down. Other reviews have no clue what they’re talking about. Been going here for 19 years never had a problem!

Been there a 5 times, 3 times my clothes weren't ready for pickup on time. Terrible service.

Saturday morning I took my item in for cleaning and informed the woman at counter I needed item back before the following Saturday to which she replied ok Friday we close 5pm. I agreed to pick up on Friday but when I arrived to pick up my items I found door locked it was 4:30pm I checked my receipt and called number and was told oh we close at 2pm (yet you told me you close at 5pm when I did drop off) we open Saturday at 11:00am come back then I made a point of reminding Her I desperately needed item for Saturday before noon going to a wedding she said no problem come tomorrow 11:00am. I Arrived at store 11:20am again to find store closed I called number immediately and was told oh on my way I said how long you assured me yesterday you would be here 11:00am. I need my dry cleaning ASAP she then said oh around noon to which I replied what? Really? She then hang up the phone in my ear I found this woman extremely rude extremely unprofessional disgusting just straight out nasty this is the worst so called customer service I have every seen I will never use this service again and wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy . I wish you had a lower score than 1 like negative zero awful place

Fixed my zipper for next day. So helpful and great prices!
