We love coming to Dairy Queen. The door was locked even though it was 15 minutes past opening times. The server was friendly, took our order quickly, delivered it and let us have our ice cream after we ate our meal. My daughter ordered her burger with no pickles or onions and they put extra in mine. They have the best Icecream. Our meal came with Sunday’s we got Hot Fudge. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

This place has horrible customer service. I had ordered door dash and they changed my order without my knowledge to someone I am allergic too. When I called the staff was rude and unhelpful and when I asked for manager name they refused to provide. They then went on to hang up the phone. When I called back same thing they said they can’t deal with me cause they had customers to deal with, well I am a customer as well who paid for something and didn’t get what ordered. And she proceeded to hang up again not giving managers name. Disgusting people working here don’t even know customer management skills.

I love Dairy Queen but this is by far the worst location when it comes to quality. I purchased a $40 ice cream cake and the whole thing was just vanilla No chocolate!Also I got chicken strips and fries and only got 10 fries. What a joke!Definitely not returning to this location.

Absulutley terrible I order 2 salads with crispy chicken. They gave me honey mustard dipping sauce instead of their honey mustard DRESSING!They gave me a excuse that they were out of the dressing because they are having trouble with their supply orders.They should take it off the menu if they can not supply the correct dressing. Or at least let people know that they are out of the dressing. This sets a poor example for the rest of the Dairy Queen'sThat was the driest salad I ever had!Craig B

All employees are rude, no customer service, no drive to serve customer. Not sure how the manager run the place. The manager gave me attitude because I am an uber driver coming to pick up an order that has been sitting for a long time. It is not my fault the app is matching drivers. Why did the manager have to lose his attitude on me that's just trying to make a living. All in all, the worse DQ I've ever visited personally and professionally

I picked out an ice cream cake for a friend. The staff put words on it, no charge. Loved how helpful they were.The burger was good! Didn't expect salad shreds on a lettuce-wrap burger though.Fries were good, their onion rings are better.

Cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen before.Also, they made my burger to look as perfect as the one in the menu display. That is a very rare accomplishment in fast food.
