Denham Chrysler

I had one of the most disappointing experiences with Denham. I bought 2 vehicles in the last 2 years and the Jeep Grand Cherokee (new) had major issues (electrical, radio and all audio functions shut down intermittently) We had to go through both sales managers, the sales rep (who didn’t respond to messages or calls) and then finally the GM just to get a rental vehicle.They never solved the issue and when my wife was in the hospital for surgery and recovering they were pushy with getting the vehicle back. The Gm never once asked if things were ok, felt like just a number and once we bought the vehicle they treat people like garbage. I would never recommend buying from them as they truly don’t care about people or their reputation.

I drive a Rebel and have been having issues with the suspension in the cold, had to take my vehicle in a few times. Tristen and the rest of the team were patient with me, gave me a loaner, fixed my truck up like new, rides perfect. Thanks guys!!

Tristen was very nice and helpful. They got my warranty work fixed and even asked if I wanted to keep my stickers I had on the back window which there was no way I could have gotten them off or even gotten them to stay on the new window in one piece. But appreciated the offer. Definitely worth the drive to Denham Chrysler for work to be done or even purchase opposed from where I live

Great service and they understand the value of your time when dealing on vehicles. It is great to have them understand what your needs and wants are in a vehicle. The purchase was very pleasent :)

The guys got the work done, but it did take 3 trips to get it done. I needed an update for my radio head unit and it took three tries to update it with the correct software after I specifically told them the update that was needed that i had found online.But the waiting area is nice, the coffee is great and the staff were all professional and courteous.

We have bought many new Vehicles from Denham, and have always had a great experience. Barry and his team go out of their way to make sure we get what we need and are taken care of properly. Denham makes buying local the ONLY choice!

Jack and Crystal are 20/10! They got me in a 2022 truck in 4 hours with semi ok credit! Amazing service and I asked for a quote on something and Jack had it done up in 5 minutes. Crystal did all the financial stuff and was very awesome to work with. Jack was awesome and Danielle too. If your tossed up on your next vehicle purchase then consultant Jack at Denham and he will definitely meet your wishes! I got a sweet bonus too you can’t go wrong with a Ram! Very smooth truck. They work with all banks to get your best deal, these two aren’t just a salesman/ saleswoman they are for the customer and want you to be happy, how it should be! Also a coworker gives 20/10 so ya go with Denham!
