He is the best realtor so far among all realtors I ever had or ever communicated. He was always there when you needed. He not only gave me professional service but also provided me with true opinions and analyses that were very helpful and valuable. Open to deliver professional advices on house is very rare! Eddie Yu was my agent when I purchased my Windsor rental home. I don't reside in Windsor, so going back and forth for house viewings is inconvenient for me. Eddie offered me extensive instructions before I arrived in Windsor and made realistic recommendations based on my budget.Unlike other agents who are eager to push clients to make a high-priced offer in order to close the sale quickly, Eddie advised me to thoroughly study each house I like and make a reasonable offer in order to get a decent deal.
