Their valentine day products are out. They are not open till 10 pm.

worst customer service ever. extremely discriminatory and treat customers horribly. was neglecting a young girl trying to pay for her things and tended to tons of customers before her and yelled and laughed at her.

Big store with lots of stuff. Good staff. Nice and clean.

You find what you need for a good price.I find it very convenient for stuff like party tableware.

I went to buy 2 bulbs today. After picking I went to the counter to pay asking is it white and the Philipino lady was so rude that you took and came to the counter pay or move. I paid and left. Coming back home I found out it was yellow (warm) and went back to the store stood in the queue after 6 people and went back to her (Philipino)saying that's why I asked and she was like find the pink t-shirt in any of the isle's and she is the manager speak to her. I went and found her, she told me to choose daylight. Later after picking going to her she says, I don't have time for exchanges and that why bill says no refund or exchange. If you are policy are that I am ok, but be polite and know to handle customers. If there is no patience to handle a customer question, how can you be in till or as a manager to the store? Dollaramma, needs a serious work on this store else you will end up reading many like this and close the store.Everyone pays the money for what we need, if employees can't help , how do you hire ? All references???Focus on customer service. I will make sure to never enter this cheap customer service store.

My top 5 night time snack destination.....lots to choose from and of course the prices are hard to beat.

Unfortunately I have very worst experiences as I inquire for one product colour and response like they don’t want to help me out anyways when I said hello to cashier and after completing my transaction when I politely said have a nice day then cashier even not replied to me and move away from till. Great worst experience

I love Dollorama!!!...this location was on the way home and even though I live 300 feet from the location in Market Mall...lol...I saw this location and had to stop in...just got a couple of things...

Good layout. There is always helpful staff around if you need one. Have never had a bad experience with any employees while shopping. They don't always have the product you might be looking for but that happens. Wouldn't mind if they had a couple self check outs but other than that, checking out has never been a long wait. It's my #1 go to Dollarama. Highly recommend this place.

Not much else to say about Dollarama. This store is huge, clean and well stocked. They have pretty much everything found at other stores and have very friendly staff.
