I contacted a few contractors for my project of redoing our backyard patio, backdoor walk out steps, and side path. Of 3 companies who provided quotes, Peter from Avanti spent the time to highlight potential areas where retaining would be needed, and worked with me on the design I had provided. They were working on additional projects in my area which I took the opportunity to take a look before committing.Communication of timelines was clear and much quicker than anticipated. The crew started at the end of July and quickly completed the required disposal, digging and worked with me on placing concrete footers in specific locations for my planned Yardistry Gazebo install, as well as digging trench for electrical conduit.The work team, led by Chan and Anton were stellar. They consulted me on details, were extremely thorough and delivered excellent work in laying down the new patio. Peter checked in periodically during the project, and given their excellent work on the back patio, I added additional work to the project to relay a portion of my existing front drive interlock where stones had sank near the sidewalk and collected water.The project was completed rapidly, with the follow-up work by Marco and his colleague (apologies, forgot his name!) on the walkout steps and railing were completed solidly with time spent to ensure both function and appearances (note I requested the open stair fronts pictured due to the basement window located under the steps).I've already recommended Avanti to my neighbours and friends looking to do landscaping or hardscaping work and would definitely utilize them again in the future.

I hired Avanti this year after reading many 5 star reviews to complete a total backyard overhaul including a large composite deck, fence and stone patio. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to come out to quote on the job and Ed even provided a quote on the spot. He agreed to start and end the project on my time line which was amazing and his crew met those dates. I am in the construction industry, and can tell you this crew is diligent, capable and conscientious. They often stopped the project to get my opinion before plowing ahead which really impressed me. I was blown away that they were able to procure materials almost overnight so there were no delays in the project and they had their own waste bins and trucks so debris was seamlessly removed. My friends and family are blown away by my backyard. I would definitely hire them again for future projects. Thank you Avanti.

I just had a interlocking stone addition done on my driveway. The quality of the work is outstanding for a reasonable price. My salesperson, Peter, provides excellent service. His advice led to a great outcome. Definitely recommend Avanti. I can't say I've seen better work done in my area.

I am very picky in choosing with whom to work, but I liked the Avanti Landscaping specialists very much. They were attentive to my project, made adjustments and took into account my wishes.

We hired Avanti to install new stone decking, replace a retaining wall, and rebuild a fence. The work started earlier than we had anticipated to our delight! Adnan met with us to capture our vision and provided excellent advice throughout the engagement. The work crews were hardworking and knowledgeable. I contacted Avanti Landscaping a week ago today. I left a message on their website and I filled out their Quote Request on their own website. No call back. I just called them and the employee told me they don't come to Caledon and she did not call back because they don't come to Caledon. Their website clearly states Caledon as an area where they do work. I believe they should have called me to let me know that Caledon was no longer an area serviced by them. If they are too busy, I can understand, but the least you could do is to call back and advise us of the fact. All the good reviews are nothing if they don't call back potential client. I have been quoted $12 000 for the job last summer. It was not a small job. Annie B.

They left our walkway and driveway very dirty to the point that our contractor complained to us about extra time required to clean their feet on the way in and out. Our contractor asked the owner to send people back to clean up their mess, our contractor told us that they agreed to come clean it up, but Avanti never did. I also informed Denys, our contact person, in a text message that this was an issue. He ignored my text message. When I brought this to his attention, he tried to blame our contractor and us for not notifying the right" person (the project manager
