Caleb Jukes is as good as one should expect. His prices are very reasonable. The service is quite prompt. I had my laptop in to have Microsoft Office installed. It’s very reassuring to know that such an outstanding computer techie is available nearby. You won’t be disappointed by Caleb.

I just had my PC in there for a diagnosis and he was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner, and the price for this was much better, and more fair than i was expecting. He always kept me in the loop with updates even after i likely bugged him more than i should have. Very happy with the service and will absolutely return if needed.

My computer was very slow and it took me sometimes an hour to get on the net or even to print something. I live on the country and thought this was normal. I had been to the two large box stores and when they investigated my computer, suggested buying a new one. I tried for the first time to give Focus an opportunity to fix it. Kaleb, the owner and manager was very polite and immediately saw what the problem was. It was the RAM. He installed 8 GB of Ram and I can now work my Lenovo to perfection. Thank you Kaleb for doing a great job and saving me buying a new computer. I will certainly recommend you to my friends.

Caleb is awesome. I thought my lap top died and reached out to Caleb to ask about purchasing a new one. He asked to look at my dead" laptop and advised me that it was not dead and he could fix it for about $200 and it could have 3-4 more years of life left in it. He fixed it and it works great! Have to add that i dropped the lap top off on a Thursday afternoon and picked it up ( all fixed) on Friday afternoon. Thanks so much Caleb!!!"

Caleb provided excellent and quick service! I work from home, so when my computer didn't turn on this morning I was in a complete panic. Caleb diagnosed the problem quickly and I was able to buy a new motherboard and have it installed on the same day! So relived I will be able to work tomorrow with no issues. I will be sure to come back here (and never have Canada Computers build my PC again!) Thank you!

Brought my laptop in for diagnosis and Caleb gave me the bad news it was terminal. Caleb found me a very nice off lease replacement at a good price and held it for me during a medical emergency until I could receive. Service above and beyond any one could expect nor I have seen in decades. Thank you so very much Focus and specifically Caleb .

Took my painfully slow-running laptop in. Less than 24 hours later I had a brand new solid state drive with all my data transferred over for under $200. My laptop is now better than new. Would definitely recommend.
