I drive 40min to go Imaans for laser and brow threading. I had someone before mess up my bows. At Imaans they listen to what I want and how I want to grow them and where. They do exactly what I need with patience and checking along the way. I always get compliments on my brows and I always say Imaans. They have also been great with me and laser. My lip and chin are now done and I’ve been doing Brazilian. With darker skin it does take more sessions in certain spots anyone will tell you the same. I’ve now moved onto my legs and maintenance with my Brazilian. I did one under arm session and haven’t needed to do another… but will as soon as I see hair again. They use a very good laser compatible with pretty much any skin type. I would refer anyone here

I've been going to Imaan's for years and it's the BEST in London. I specifically keep going back to get my brows threaded and a facial when needed, Mina and Kanwal are 10/10 recommended they do such a good job.

I went in for my brows but unfortunately had a bad experience. Positives was that the place was very clean, great amenities and the lady did a good job.However, I said I was getting my brows done for my wedding and was told I should have gotten a facial instead of my brow service since my skin was “bumpy”. I get trying to sell additional services but felt insulted by the comment. There wasn’t any availability for a facial even if I wanted it so there wasn’t a reason to comment on my skin.

If I could give less than one star I would. My brow lady went on mat leave so I was trying out a new place close to home and actually went here over 5 times because I really wanted it to work. I was actually treated like dirt every single time. They were genuinely mean to me. Today was my final straw as I received a lash tint where the black dye was stained all allover my under eye area. When she handed me the mirror to take a look. I mentioned that there was a lot of black dye that was visible under my eyes. She was upset and threw a cloth down at my face and told me to do it yourself then.". Like HUHI have had this lady before and the first time she lied to me about who she was. SUPER STRANGE experiences there lol genuinely terrible service. I'm not sure why they treated me so awful maybe because I am quite they thought they could treat me like dirt and that I would just put up with it"

Tell others why you hated this place: my family went here and were not given the stylist they booked. Some random lady was there, didn’t introduce herself and started working. Was insulting and verbally bullying my family member the whole time and didn’t even do the job properly, like what?? Clearly from other reviews there are some great workers here, but management still keeps around these few bad apples.Sorry consider checking out other places until Imaan’s Studio can provide a consistent experience.

Hands down one of the best places in London for waxing, threading, facials, and most importantly, laser hair removal. Their machine is new and high-tech, you definitely will not regret coming here. I go to Mina for a full face threading and she does the best job every time.

I just left this studio after being here for the first time, and I am shocked at this experience. This was the worst eyebrow experience I’ve had in my entire life. First, I booked Mina but was given Zahra. I did not know that I was getting Zahra until she started and I asked her if she was Mina. She proceeded to say: everyone here is okay, I am Zahra. So I had no idea who was doing my eyebrows until she already started.Next, the entire time I was in the chair I was being attacked. First I was told my “face was sweating too much” and that “my eyebrows are way too hairy” or that “she should have taken a before and after photo from how hairy they are” and commented that “your body must be hairy too” and gave me unsolicited advice about my laser hair removal, saying things like “I don’t know how you got laser hair removal on your body” even when I explained I get it at a different spa and I get laser on my body but not my face due to the use of retinols on my face. Clearly, she had her own opinions about retinols but no actual research or information.I was actually in tears while getting my eyebrows down, and she was well aware as she even wiped them away multiple times. Extremely unfair customer service.Sadly, I will never be returning. I never thought that an eyebrow place would have me sobbing in my car.I’m sure the other ladies here are nicer, unbelievable how judgemental zahra was. And of course the eyebrows weren’t great either, she made them extremely flat with no shape and she was aware of this too because she quickly said “you can keep your shape if you get your eyebrows done more often”.

Amazing place for facials, the owner is very thorough, I have been going for a few years now. The spa is also very clean and I love the massage chair.

One star because the salon is clean. And zero stars for the rude and unprofessional service. The lady should definitely work on her interpersonal skills. I asked for facial threading , she refused and offered waxing instead, I said I have acne prone skin and waxing will give me acne! She said “ Well, you already have acne” and she was referring to the hyperpigmentation I have from when I had acne. I don’t have acne anymore, just redness and I don’t appreciate how this lady was talking to me. She then said she is a skin care specialist and the wax she uses is special for sensitive skin and that It won’t trigger any acne. I trusted her and did waxing since I didn’t have another option, my face suddenly became red as my skin is sensitive, instead of apologizing, all she could say was “ well next time don't do it”.

DO NOT VISIT THIS SPA!!! I have never left an online review before but was treated so poorly by this business I need to warn others. I went to get my eyebrows threaded, was told no and was given a wax instead but the worst aspect of this experience was that the esthetician insulted me during the entire service. She went on and on and on about my large pores to the point where I left feeling ugly and insecure. I will NEVER return and will never recommend this place to anyone else.
