I took my 2014 Volvo XC70 in for service yesterday as my engine light was coming on and off over the past few weeks and my heat wasn't working correctly. The service team checked in with me along the way, giving me updates while my vehicle was in the shop being diagnosed. They were able to locate the problem and provided me with a solution in a timely manner. Overall top-notch service, honest and transparent communication along the way means a 5-star recommendation from me!

XC90 Hybrid that we bought from this Volvo is treating us well so far, both for our corporate business travel needs and personal pleasure.It’s worth making a note of Mr. Abdul who has raised the bar by facilitating a test drive for us on a Sunday even with such a short notice from us. I was sold a cheap to maintain" electric.They want to charge $400 for the first scheduled service (a cabin filter change and inspection) or they'll void my warranty. This seems very high and others in the owner group have reported this being as low as free and included with their sale or as high as $135.As a result I was a bit confused and started looking more into my service schedule.I discovered that the "In service date" for the demo model they sold me must have been incorrect as the 2 year service light has come on 8 months and/or 15

I went to purchase my leased 2020 XC40 but I ended up buying a 2023 XC40 that is more well equipped. With the interest rate difference it didn’t make sense to keep the old one. Arun and Yusuf were both great to deal with even though they are still learning. A great experience all around. And I know Abdul plans to make a small donation to my MS Walk which is also amazing!
