Steve was simply the best. The moment I walked in, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a birthday present for my mom in a certain price range and he provided me with multiple options to choose from. As someone who is new to the caviar industry, he taught be a lot about how each caviar differs and what would best be paired with caviar for the perfect gift. I ended up going with kaluga caviar, mini pancakes and a cute spoon. Will definitely be going back! five stars for the personal service, Hospitality, and great products!

Such a great experience ordering from Caviar Centre! I was looking to send an anniversary gift to colleagues in Vancouver and I'm so happy to have found Caviar Centre. Even though I was ordering from outside of Canada (the US), they were still able to accommodate a US credit card number. The gift box shipment arrived on time and the team even included a little note for the recipients who were so impressed by the packaging and of course the caviar itself. A very special shout out is owed to Med for accommodating and coordinating. Thanks Med and Caviar Centre!

Would recommend Caviar Centre and definitely return! Steven helped us on a Tuesday and was closing up when we stepped into the shop. However he was more than willing to help us. It was our first time purchasing caviar and he took great care explaining the different prices/options they have. He also offered blinis (would also purchase again) which I almost forgot to get.

Steven and the Team at Caviar Centre were excellent to deal with! Fantastic service with a focus on the customer experience - I wanted to get some Caviar for my daughter's 18th birthday and they were able to expedite delivery to ensure I had this in time for her special occasion. We had the best experience at Caviar Centre today. The place was so beautiful, but the people were even more beautiful. It is a family-owned business which we admired. Mark was so knowledgeable in helping us pick the best caviar for the occasion and for the amount of guests attending. He explained everything thoroughly and presented the caviar like they were gold. They all made our experience so warm and welcoming, cannot wait to go back soon! Highly recommend this place!!!

Had a great experience! Due to a mistake I showed up an hour after they closed but was let in to buy caviar regardless! Then, as someone who’s never tried it, I was given lots of information and Steven took time explaining things to me—again, even after they’d closed—and eventually picked out 3 kinds of caviar. It was so fun tasting the differences between them. Such a memorable night!
