Ray is amazing! Knowing how busy they are they were still able to squeeze me in on short notice for some body work. I couldn't be happier with their workmanship and customer service! I will stay away from this shop.I will describe a couple reasons why:1. They do very bad job(very far from professional job) (you can see pictures attached.They taped the car so badly and forgot to remove the tape. Big gaps with runs, cracks and dust in the paint .2. The worst part, they are LIARS . They liars. They are not honest people.3. They will try to do everything that’s possible to rip more money from you.I am writing this review, to you/customer to avoid at any cost this place.Liars !!!!!

This is a great family owned business. I read some reviews online and got nervous, but when I went in and talked to the family, I realized it was the previous owners. Anyway, my van was involved in an incident where the door stopped working. Insurance covered it and recommended this shop. The ladies at the front took care of me from start to finish! They got me a minivan, which a lot of the car rental places didn't have. They kept me updated on the progress on repairs and got my van back to me in about 1.5 weeks. Overall, no complaints, easy to deal with and great service. I hope I never have an issue with my van again, but if I do, I'll definitely reach out.

Ray and the whole team at Simplicity Richmond Hill make magic happen. My car was hit and had considerable scratches on the door and wheel well. Within a few days, gone! Honestly like magic. I did not expect my car to look brand new, but there it was right before my eyes. I highly recommend this shop if you are considering any repair work.

I had a great experience with Simplicity Richmond Hill! I went in fix a hit on the side of my door and get my front bumper re-done.Everyone who works there were super friendly and Aneesa was very quick with responses! The whole team is very knowledgeable, nice to work with and very transparent when it came to how they were going to fix my car and walked me through their garage to show me the work they were doing.Their prices were also very reasonable and they went above and beyond to help get my car to me before I went on vacation! Would highly recommend this shop!!

I went to Luxury Classic Car to get some custom bodywork done on my car. I had used this shop in the past through my insurance and the work done that time was perfect. Since I was paying out of pocket this time for the work I wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly and the owner Ali assured me that he would personally work on my car. The work took a while to be completed but I guess you can't rush quality and his work speaks for itself.
