Wendy’s use to be my FAVOURITE fast food restaurant. I use to drive to Barrie just to eat at Wendy’s once a week. Ever since Wendy’s came to Midland it has been just awful. I never thought I would say it, but I now find wendys disgusting. Both times I’ve been to this location food was undercooked, or missing ingredients. I recently ordered the new ghost pepper fries with a ghost pepper burger, and when I got home I opened the bag only to find PLAIN soggy fries and a regular chicken burger. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The service is not good. I put a small group order in to the manager 24 hours in advanced letting them know I'd be there to pick it up at noon the next day as it was for some seniors for lunch. I arrived and the food was not only not ready, but I had to wait half an hour and ended up delivering the lunch late. On top of that, when I did deliver the lunch, we were missing a French fry and sauce for one of the salads....

I came here 4 weeks ago then left after 25mins of waiting in line.. What I expected for a new place but it’s not that it’s new, it’s the workers are horrible!! Came tonight waited 40mins, thought I’d give them another chance. We got to the order speaker waited 10 mins then she took our order. Waited another 15 mins at the window. I said before we leave let’s make sure our order is correct… Nope it wasn’t! One burger was ordered plain nothing on it came fully loaded, sent it back! Missing a burger! Sour cream and chive potato came with no sour cream. So waited for another 15 mins while they made two burgers and to give us sour cream. We got home my grilled chicken apple pecan salad came with bacon on it. I’ve ordered these for years they do not have bacon, my potato was so cold and way over cooked the sour cream couldn’t make it taste good. I’ll never waste my time on this place again. The wait and the food is poor.. As fast as Wendys came in I can see it going out!! C-Yea

I went the other day, ordered some chicken strips, fries and a strawberry lemonade. Service was quick. Staff were friendly. I’m also very happy that this location now has the frosty key chains. Super cute on my key lanyard and a JR frosty is always a nice treat! I will definitely be coming back

Let's hope this place gets better. Went around 5pm busy time I get it. Waited in line for near 35mins, ok it's new in town lots of buzz. Then we go to order and no chilli(well that sucked). So we finish placing the order and sit in line for another 5+ minutes. Get our order and it's missing stuff, burgers not made right and we'll then there's the poutine I got.. here what a poutine with extra cheese curds on it looks like.. I feel like they ate half of it while I was waiting.. I know that's not the case but this is sad. Went back a few days later and the Chilli cheese fries were about the same. Am I missing something? I'll try again in a few week but get your act togather.

They need the move the pop machine away from the line or add another one at least, way to crowded for 5 people at a time trying to use one machine. Plus get the pop machine fixed, before the ice part was messed up, today the pop just kept pouring non stop, they had to come turn it off... besides the tiny amount of space, the foods good and fair priced, love a classic frosty too

I had the pleasure of dining at this Wendy's location and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home.The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered a classic Wendy's burger with fries and a drink, and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and perfectly salted. Would definitely come again!

Went there for the first time tonight. Tried to use the app which would have been $20 for 2 combo meals. It didn’t work and when we went to order and explain, they said it would cost us $35. I told them the app doesn’t work and said it would be cheaper but they didn’t have a solution and canceled the order and gave us a look. Very disappointed and ever have experienced this from any other Wendy’s.

Fries were cold, ordered a double burger, was given a single, went back up to the counter and asked for my double, they then made me a new one. Building is new and in good condition, service is a little lacking.

I don’t like doing this but the Wendy’s direct line phone number does not work. I tried to phone a manager today as yesterday around 430 May 24/2023 pm I went through the drive through at Wendy’s and within an hour and a half of consuming my single Dave burger combo with a poutine and a chincco vanilla drink, I was home and with major stomach cramps and a mess. I’m not prone to stomach/ intestinal problems. This am now a stomach ache and head ache.I just wanted to speak to the manager and put it on record in case others were sick and perhaps they had a problem or they use fresher meat and perhaps undercooked or cream in drink was off? This was my first time eating there,As the phone line to directly speak to someone does not work, perhaps they will read this or anyone else who might have been sick on this date will post.I will try again to eat there in a while as I don’t want to say it wasn’t good food I less it wasn’t. I did enjoy the flavours of my meal except my drink didn’t do it for me.Sorry for negativity but if they have a problem with their food on their end they need to know.
