They put uneperienced people , doesn't know how to communicate with customers.. they say something and they give you something else .. they switch me from Fido to virgin and the contract was not what they said

Went to this location and spoke with Stephanie. She was a delight to speak to and got my upgrade I was longing for with the proper information I needed. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to any of my friends or family. Thank you again!

Guy who helped me was absolutely clueless. Could not even click into the account to check. I really hope that they hire better trained employees. Terrible experience and have no service now.

HiI am a old school individual. Just a few years ago, when you enter a mobile store , you are greeted with a smile and 101% service . Recently I had an issue with my cell and visited the sq one location. There were about about 4 or 5 representatives standing around. Not a smile from any of them . I was approached by a young lady, told her my issue , first respond was I have old phone, change it. Phone only a year old. The message I m trying to convey is where has all the friendly , customer service oriented People gone, that we use to have few years ago.

Terrible company to work with as a new customer. They refuse to price match their own deals. I came a day before black friday and got a deal in store that was 20gb for 35$. The next day I came on black friday and the same deal was $30, it was $5 cheaper . I asked them to price match it but they said they couldn't do it and that I need to call the helpline. I called the helpline and they said only instore ppl can do it. I went back in store and they again sent me back to the online team so I called helpline while in store and made them both talk to each other. Both teams just blame each other but no one does the job. Neither of the two teams could help me with a simple price match or a $5 credit per month. The manager said she would look into it and call me back but she never did. Seems like this company is run by incompetent people playing blame games internally which is frustrating customers. As a new customer I'm extremely put off by this pathetic service and will be leaving virgin after I get a better deal with another company on boxing day.Do not recommend virgin to anyone.

I visited the store for two technical service issues. The attendant tried to do what she can. She switched my SIM card to a new one for one issue. As for the second issue she said there’s nothing that can be done. I thought her overall service was alright. Shortly after I got text messages to provide my review on the service. I gave my honest review on what was done and not done. A couple days after some guy from the store phoned me to frantically yell at me and pressure me to change my review. This was totally uncalled for and defeats the purpose of providing reviews. I looked back at my text message review and there are no issues in the facts that I’ve stated. Besides it’s MY review and not whatever that store employee wanted it to be. I’m not going to lie and say they did something they didn’t actually do. This isn’t the first time for me to reply to text message reviews but this was definitely the first time to be phoned directly and yelled at to change my review. Really?! Did that really happen?! Unfortunately yes it did. I’m still in disbelief. Does Virgin Mobile actually allow their store representatives to do that to customers?! I didn’t even get any request via text to review his phone call to me. I hope someone from head office sees this google review and commences some internal investigations! This just isn’t right.
