I took advantage of a Groupon and the shirts I got were pretty nice. Their Groupon price comes with their worst material for shirts. To upgrade is $15/shirt. Service was solid and the rep was friendly. I got my shirts a month later.They recently ran a new promo which I found out they had moved to 116 Albert St. There was a new guy working and measured me again. Same solid service and I'm waiting on my new shirts.

I got the groupon and had no complaints with the first three shirts, I then followed up with a suit I am very happy with. Then they had a black friday sale for more shirts and I spent 200$ on it as it was a good deal. In the following months I tried multiple times to get in touch with them to arrange a fitting and redeem the purchase I had made. I spent 3 months sending e-mails, leaving messages. At my wits end I opened a dispute in Paypal and gave them a week to respond...no response. I then had no choice but to chargeback as it was clear I was never going to get my money's worth. I'm extremely perplexed, I was a happy customer and if they had just kept providing service I would of kept using them for potentially years. I can't see any reason for how thoroughly ignored I was for MONTHS, contacting multiple different e-mails and leaving many messages on their Ottawa number. I would of previously recommended them but at this point ordering anything from them is no guarantee you actually get your month's worth in product.

STAY AWAY. Customer service is no longer of any importance to this company. Seems they are a fly-by-night company.5 star rating for the first experience with them 3 years ago. Good deal and good value for money.1 star rating in 2019 (only because I could not give a 0 star rating) for the most recent experience.My shirts were late and none of them fit. All WAY too small.No reply to emails.No reply to voice mails.They never answer the phone.

First experience with them in 2016 was good. Latest experience was horrible. Took 5 months to receive my suit and shirts. Wrong sizing, showing up for scheduled fitting to be informed that shirts were forgotten in Montreal, being promised that they would be FedExed the next day, having to follow up with them three weeks later. A lot of trouble for a product you can get somewhere else. Awful customer service.

Absolutely Morbid customer service.Ordered a tux, and I was never made aware of its arrival.No responses to emails or phone calls.When I finally managed to get my tux, it was all crumpled, not dry cleaned.Tux sleeves are too short and there's no way to fix it.Complete waste of money and time.

So unfortunately I had a rather negative experience overall with these guys, which I was surprised about given that I heard of them from a friend and happy customer.I purchased a 3 shirt package deal from Groupon (was approx. 129$, good deal). I went in for the measuring only to find that to get anything beyond a few basic fabrics I had to upgrade to the premium" for about $15-25/shirt. The fabrics were nice so I was fine with spending another $70-ish to get some interesting patterns and nicer texture fabric. I do wish however that they would lay this out a bit more clearly in the fine-print though.The real issue came when the shirts arrived 6 weeks later. I went in to try them on and pick them up
