Super happy with my cut and style. Maëlle was excellent!

In three different oportunities the results of my requested coloration was not according to the requested. The colorist start with the task but another person finish, then there is not coordination. The secon person who wash and apply the tonner in general has not experience. Very dessapointed after being a customer during more 1 year an half.

Prefacing this by saying that my cut and style by Maëlle was perfect. She made sure she understood what look I wanted and executed perfectly. Having said that, my appointment time was cut in half as I wasted so much time trying to find the place. My GPS brought me to one location with a sign in the door saying they had moved. I then consulted the website for the address and was brought to an empty lot (later found out that location burned down several years ago). The worst part of all is that they moved yesterday and while making the appointment this morning, the receptionist failed to mention they had literally just moved. The administration needs to update their website. Doesn't give me much faith in the management.Beyond that, the actual haircut was well done.

But not for looking good.Not happy with my haircut but I'm not really surprised of the outcome. It was expected for that price.

My husband came home about an hour ago. I didn't recognize him, I can't even look at him. He's been butchered. Edward scissor hands would have done a better job. This place doesn't deserve a star, but google seem to like giving awards to anyone.

Very efficient & skilled ! Best Haircut i ever had done by Camille , the only hairdresser said who yes and took up to challenge on giving my desired haircut after I been turned down by 3 hairdresser.

After going to this place for a while, I decided to have my hair done for my birthday and decided to have them partially up not being satisfied, getting to the cash I was charged almost double for the half updo without being advised in advance, on my birthday. I suggest, if money is important to you, that you ask beforehand to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Disappointed and felt played!For The price I payed to walk out with Damaged hair I rather have had Walmart smart style mess up my hair!Knowingly the stylist was damaging my hair she kept reassuring me “wow” “it’s turning out good”, “but we will need to cutt”I was striping the dark colour from my hair to go a natural brown.In the process my hair literally boiled in a BAG!Now that chunk that was being over processed is dry & brittle!I walked in thinking this place was high-end salon and used modern up to date products.Never even heard of OLOPLEX products, stylist put in order to give extra protection to clients hair.Left with an uneven hair cut as well!My experience was bad and living with the regret of walking in here.
