Avoid this company, they made bogus claims that Environment Nova Scotia states that a minimum of 4 of septic sludge needs to remain after pumping your tank. I spoke to several contacts with Environment Nova Scotia and Water Water Management to discover this is not true at all. They are just saving 21 cent a gallon by not hauling it away ...and still charge the full amount. Owner is nice until you challenge this - then he just hangs up on you (I gave one star because the system will not allow zero)"

Lloyd and his son were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Lloyd gave me some pointers on how to prepare before his arrival as I had to dig down about 2 feet to my septic tanks. He and his son worked really fast and they also installed the risers and new covers, which I had purchased, at a very reasonable charge. I couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend A to Z!
