We called them on a whim when our furnace broke down suddenly, and we received excellent service every step of the way. We got a new furnace installed the same day, and they took time to explain everything. Total professionals and go the extra mile for customers.

These guys are great! Our furnace was getting a service and they informed us it was leaking carbon monoxide, naturally we replaced it immediately and the following week out air con broke down. They arrived within 2hrs and had the new unit installed within 4hrs They’re very thorough and friendly. They actually take the time to listen and figure out the problem.

I dealt with Tony at this company and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. My furnace broke down and I called a different company who tried to get me to rent a new one from them. I was going to go ahead with them when Tony returned my call and explained to me the pros and cons of finance vs renting a furnace and ultimately gave me a much better price on the furnace as well as install a new thermostat. I moved many of my services from the old company to this one as I had a great experience. They came by today and installed the furnace and thermostat. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Tony at Megacity and his team were a delight to work with! I decided to go with them for the removal of my oil tank changeover to gas heating because Tony was the very first person I got hold of once I dialed their phone # and that is exactly how it went from beginning of the process to the end (mind you i already contacted a few other hvac companies and they did not respond immediately or not at all)! Yeah Tony at Megacity rocks!!!! Heck yeah we went with Megacity it was a no brainer! LolTony worked exceptionally well with enbridge to help us with the smooth transition of the entire process , he is very customer service orientated, professional plus him and his team had face mask on at all times while entering our home etc due to the pandemic time so absolutely no worries at all for anyone interested with going with them! Tony recommended and they installed the best a/c unit ( to replace our old one), our furnace and tankless water as well! He had really amazing folks who came and removed our old oil tank from our basement and took care of the leftover oil in it as well! They left the area of where the oil tank use to be clean afterwards. The Megacity team who installed the new furnace and tankless water and A/c were experienced and arrived and just got right to work! They also left our basement clean!!! Now I feel like I have a brand new hvac system in my tiny old house lol!!!! Uber and super very pleased with Megacity and the exceptional service and great interpersonal skills that Tony has with his clients! I had to replace my furnace. Checked about 6 companies, all of them out of my price range, had someone suggested me to give Megacity a call, so I decided to take the advice and let me start with the customer service since to me is something very important they went above and beyond and to add to that they offered me the best price. Amazing, quick service. Staff were extremely knowledgeable & friendly. Emailed them Sunday night about replacing my AC, new unit was installed Tuesday afternoon! During a heat wave no less!It used to take upwards of 3hrs to drop 0.5C in my house. I can now drop 1.5-2C in the same amount of time. Nobody wants to spend a bunch of money on a new unit, but it sure is nice to have one that does the job properly now.

Our furnace was replaced last night by their technician, Chris. The level of professionalism and care was exceptional! He was so friendly, I think we forgot he wasn't visiting as a friend. Tony also showed so much commitment that we assumed he was the owner. Thank you for your service!
